Terms and Conditions

1.用戶登記參加「新用戶下載營商小冊子獲$138優惠」計劃（下稱「該計劃」）時，即表示用戶接受及同意遵守是次計劃的條款及細則，以及載於Lalamove網頁內的免責聲明。

When a user apply for the "reimbursement" program. it means that he/she accepts and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the program, and the disclaimer on Lalamove website Disclaimer. 

2.用戶參與該活動時需要填寫相關表格。

User need to fill out the Application Form.

3.參加者將分三次享受優惠金額，金額為$38、$50、$50。
User will use promotion divided into $ 38, $ 50, $ 50.

4.參加者必須為新用戶，於首次於手機app/網頁落單時輸入指定優惠碼，並完成訂單。

Participants must be new users, enter the designated promo code when placing orders on the mobile app / webpage for the first time, and complete the order.

5. 完成第二張訂單後，將於參加者電子錢包回贈$50，並由Lalamove發出短訊通知。

Upon completion of the second order, a $ 50 rebate will be returned to the e-wallet, and a SMS will be sent by Lalamove.

6. 完成第三張訂單後，將於參加者電子錢包再次回贈$50，並由Lalamove發出第二則短訊通知。

7. 回贈之費用將由Lalamove支付，並以「獎賞」形式自動存入申請者的電子錢包，以存入日起計算之一個月內有效。

The rebate fee will be paid by Lalamove and automatically deposited into the e-wallet as "reward", one month expiration .

8. 活動有效期由2020年2月12日至2020年12月31日。

The promotion will be valid from February 12, 2020 to March 12, 2020.

9. 參加者需在活動有效期內完成三張訂單，方能享用全數$138優惠。

User must complete three orders within the validity period to enjoy the $ 138 discount.

10. 此優惠不可與其他優惠同時使用

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers

11. 任何優惠與回贈只可扣減基本路費，不適用於任何附加費，如超時等候費等 。

Any concessions and rebates can only be deducted from basic tolls, not applicable to any additional fees, such as overtime waiting fees.

12.如有任何爭議，Lalamove保留最終解釋權。

In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves all right of final interpretation.
