「Cut單補水計劃」條款及細則:
1.「Cut單補水計劃」(“此服務”)只適用於Lalamove上台的速遞專員/Van仔/5.5噸貨車司機,在符合以下所有條件之柯打:
-速遞專員/Van仔/5.5噸貨車柯打;
-即時柯打配對5分鐘後或於取貨時間20分鐘或之前提交的預約柯打;及、
-取貨及送貨點必須與香港境內。

2.此服務的有效時間(“服務月”)會由司機參加的下一個月起生效。例如:

3.就任何符合條件並於服務月內成功配對之柯打,如果用戶因會員以外的原因於指定時間後取消柯打,會員將收到每張訂單港幣$30之補償:

4.港幣$30之補償將於柯打取消後的下一至三個工作天轉賬至該會員的「電子錢包」內。
5.每名會員每個服務月最多可獲取10次補償(相當於港幣$300)。
6.此服務一經確認後不得於服務月中途取消,不得轉讓至其他會員。
7.會員可選擇以繼續接單至符合優惠標準,自動繼續享有該保障計劃;或次月未能達標,系統將自動總終止該計劃。
8.柯打之配對及取消時間以Lalamove紀錄為準。
9.如對上述條款有任何爭議,Lalamove保留最後的決定權利。

Lalamove Order Cancellation ProtectionTerms and Conditions:
1.Lalamove Order Cancellation Protection (“this Service”) is only applicable to drivers and orders satisfying the following criteria:
-Courier / Van / 5.5 Ton orders;
-Immediate or Scheduled Orders placed at least 60 minutes before pick-up time; and
-Pick up and drop off locations are within Hong Kong.

2.This Service is offered on monthly and effective on the next month from the time of reaching target. For example:

3.A compensation of HK$30 will be paid to the member for each applicable order matched within the Effective Period but cancelled by the user after the Cancellation Threshold for reasons that are not member related.

4.Compensation will be credited to member’s wallet on the next working day of user cancellation.
5.Each member can receive up to 10 times of compensation (i.e. HK$300) per Effective Period.
6.Once the subscription of this Service is confirmed, members cannot cancel during the Effective Period. No fee will be refunded and the subscription is non-transferable.
7.Members can select one-off or auto subscription option when purchase this Service.For one-off option, this Service will expire automatically after the Effective Period.
8.Time stamps of driver match and cancellation recorded by Lalamove’s system will be used as the official times for this Service.
9.Lalamove reserves the right of final decisions in case of disputes.
