If you are looking for a place in Dubai where you can shop, eat, explore different cultures, and keep the whole family entertained in one evening, Global Village Dubai deserves a spot on your list.
The new season is almost here. Global Village Season 31 opens on 14 October 2026 at 6 PM. The seasonal destination brings together international pavilions, food, shopping, live entertainment, attractions, and family activities in one large outdoor venue.
Before you plan your visit, here is everything you need to know about Global Village tickets, Global Village timings, the Dubai opening time, and how to make the most of your visit.
Global Village Season 31 officially opens on Wednesday, 14 October 2026. The season will continue until May 2027, giving residents and visitors several months to explore the park. Global Village operates as a seasonal destination, so its opening each year marks the start of one of Dubai's most popular outdoor entertainment periods.
If you want to visit soon after opening, check the official Global Village website and app before heading out. The venue regularly updates its entertainment calendar, events, and visitor information throughout the season.
For Season 31, the official Global Village website currently lists these opening hours:
|

So, if you are searching for the Global Village Dubai opening time, the current answer is 4:00 PM. The park stays open later on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Global Village also notes that timings can change, particularly around special events and public holidays. Check the official website before your visit for the latest information.
Global Village sells entry tickets through its official website, app, designated ticketing channels, and at the venue. Ticket types and prices can change between seasons, so check the official Season 31 ticket page before purchasing. The official terms also explain that entry tickets cover access to the park, while paid attractions inside Global Village may require separate payment.
Children under three, seniors over 65, and People of Determination with one companion have received free entry under Global Village's published ticket terms, although visitors should check the latest Season 31 conditions before travelling. If you plan to visit more than once, check whether seasonal passes or special ticket packages offer better value for your plans.
Global Village is much more than a place to walk around and shop. The park brings together international pavilions, food outlets, entertainment, rides, cultural performances, and seasonal events.
The international pavilions are one of the main reasons people visit Global Village. You can browse products, handicrafts, clothing, accessories, food products, and other items representing different countries and cultures. Take your time instead of trying to see everything in one visit. The park is large, and you will probably want to stop frequently for food, shopping, and entertainment.
Hungry? You will find restaurants, food stalls, and street food offering flavors from different countries. Instead of planning one restaurant for the entire evening, make food part of the experience. Share dishes with friends or family and try something you have never ordered before.
Global Village's entertainment programme includes cultural performances, children's shows, international street entertainment, main-stage performances, stunt shows, and live concerts. The exact Season 31 programme will continue to be updated, so check the official calendar before your visit.
Fireworks have become one of Global Village's familiar weekend attractions. The park's official information currently lists its musical fireworks show on Friday and Saturday evenings at 9 PM, although show timings can change without notice. If fireworks are important to your plans, check the day's schedule before you arrive.
Shopped a lot? Don't worry; Lalamove it now. If you're delivering for the first time with us, then enjoy 50% off on your first delivery using code LALAMOVE.
Your ideal time depends on what you want to do.
For families with young children: Arrive close to opening time so children can enjoy attractions before the evening gets busier.
For food and shopping: Give yourself several hours. Rushing through the pavilions can feel more tiring than enjoyable.
For entertainment: Check the daily show schedule before arriving and plan your route around performances you want to see.
For fireworks: Plan your evening around the published show time and expect more visitors around the viewing period.
Comfortable shoes also matter. Global Village recommends comfortable footwear because the park covers a large outdoor area.
You can drive to Global Village or use public transport. The official Global Village website lists several bus routes, including:
Bus 102 from Centrepoint Metro Station
Bus 103 from Union Metro Station
Bus 104 from Ghubaiba Bus Station
Bus 106 from Mall of the Emirates Metro Station
The listed bus service generally operates from around 3:15 PM to 11:15 PM, although you should check the latest RTA information before travelling. If you are travelling with children, shopping bags, or bulky purchases, plan your return journey before you start exploring.
One thing you may not expect when visiting Global Village is how much you can end up carrying. You might arrive planning to buy one souvenir and leave with clothes, food products, gifts, home accessories, and other purchases.
If you have more bags than you can comfortably carry home, Lalamove can help you arrange a same-day delivery across the UAE from Global Village to your home. You can select a suitable vehicle based on the size of your items and track the delivery through the app.
This can also help if you are visiting with family and want to keep the evening focused on enjoying the park instead of figuring out how to transport your purchases.
A little planning can make your Global Village visit much easier. Before leaving home:
Check the latest Global Village timings
Buy or check your Global Village tickets
Look at the entertainment schedule
Check the weather
Wear comfortable shoes
Plan how you will get there and back
Carry a suitable payment method
Leave enough time for shopping and food
Check the official website for any special event updates
Global Village combines shopping, food, entertainment, and international culture in one place, so do not try to rush through it.
With Global Village opening on 14 October 2026, now is a good time to start planning your visit. Check the latest ticket information, confirm the timings before you go, and decide what you want to see first.
And if your shopping bags become too much to carry home, download the Lalamove app and arrange a convenient delivery from Global Village to your doorstep. Enjoy the food, explore the pavilions, catch a show, and make a full evening out of your visit.
