Open the order page in your driver app and look carefully at:
Payee – It will show Sender or Receiver
Payment note – It will show either:
“Settle with customer”
“Received by credit”
These two lines tell you everything you need to know.
If you see “Settle with customer”, it means this is a Cash Order.
Here is what it means:
The customer will pay you in cash.
Check whether the Sender or Receiver is responsible for payment.
Collect the exact amount shown in the app.
Count the cash before completing the order.
Only tap “Complete” after you receive the full amount.
Do not assume who will pay. Always check the Payee section.
If you see “Received by credit”, it means this is a Wallet Order.

The customer has already paid through the app.
You do not collect any cash.
Complete the delivery as usual.
The payment will be added to your wallet after order completion.
If the order says “Received by credit,” never ask the customer for cash.
