(Hong Kong SAR – April 15, 2026) On-demand delivery platform Lalamove has published its Sustainability Report 2025, detailing continued progress across environmental performance, information security, driver safety, and community impact. Lalamove surpassed its environmental target, originally set for 2028, by achieving over 60% new energy vehicles (NEVs) order fulfillment rate in the Chinese Mainland, with the van segment leading at 67%. The company also earned ISO 27701 certification for its privacy information management system, maintained a 99.9% injury-free operation rate across all markets, and ongoing support for driver partners and communities.

Bill Li, Director of Corporate Affairs, Lalamove said “In 2025, Lalamove turned sustainability commitments into concrete action — integrating data-driven insights across our ESG agenda to deepen our impact. A key milestone was surpassing our NEVs target three years ahead of schedule. We also achieved ISO 27701 certification, reinforcing data privacy as a cornerstone of user trust, and sustained a 99.9% injury-free operation rate across all markets. These milestones reflect how Lalamove embeds sustainability into the way we operate and grow — and as we continue to scale, we remain committed to creating lasting, measurable value for our driver partners, users, communities, and all stakeholders.”

Surpassing Environmental Targets and Advancing Climate Transparency

The majority of Lalamove's carbon footprint stems from Scope 3 emissions of driver partners' vehicles — making NEV adoption the single most impactful lever the company can pull on emissions. With over 60% of our orders being fulfilled by NEVs in the Chinese Mainland, ahead of the target originally set for 2028, Lalamove is making direct progress on its biggest source of emissions. This was supported by continued collaboration with leading automakers in the Chinese Mainland and supply chain partners to expand the NEV options available to driver partners. Beyond electrification, the company also improved logistics efficiency through route suggestions and order-matching optimization, further reducing empty mileage and carbon intensity per delivery. These on-the-ground gains are reinforced by a strengthened commitment to measuring and communicating climate impact. Building on its first voluntary IFRS S2-referenced climate disclosure in 2024, Lalamove further enhanced the depth of its climate reporting by conducting its first qualitative scenario analysis in 2025. The company also adopted a double materiality approach to identify and prioritize the ESG topics most relevant to both its business and its stakeholders — providing investors, partners, and communities with clearer, more relevant information on sustainability performance and risk management.

Scaling Safety Performance and Strengthening Privacy Governance

Safety remains a core foundation of Lalamove's operations. In 2025, the company maintained a 99.9% injury-free operation rate across all markets, sustaining this standard for the fourth consecutive year. This performance is supported by enhanced driver training programs and AI-powered tools that provide real-time assistance to driver partners on the road, alongside structured safety protocols and data-driven monitoring applied consistently across all markets.

On information security and privacy, Lalamove acquired ISO 27701 certification in 2025 in Hong Kong. ISO 27701 is an internationally recognized extension to ISO 27001 that establishes requirements for a Privacy Information Management System. This certification aligns the company’s privacy information management system with globally recognized standards of data protection. Lalamove continues to implement comprehensive security awareness programs across markets — including internal and third-party cybersecurity training, regular phishing simulations, and a multi-layered security infrastructure through application and endpoint levels — ensuring that trust remains the cornerstone of its marketplace for driver partners, customers, and SME clients alike.

Driving Community Impact Through Our Logistics Network

Community engagement remains a cornerstone of our social responsibility. In 2025, Lalamove's "Deliver Care" initiative expanded across four pillars — Disaster Relief, Child Support, Social Care, and Community Engagement. A signature campaign under this effort is ElderCare on the Move, which facilitated the delivery of senior care items to partnered eldercare facilities and NGOs across Asia. Rapid disaster relief responses to deliver essential supplies across the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia further reflect the breadth and tangibility of the company’s commitment. In November 2025, after the devastating Tai Po fire in Hong Kong, Lalamove quickly delivered logistics support for emergency supplies and family relocation, while Lalamove/Huolala donated HKD 6 million to the government's Support Fund for Wang Fuk Court to aid the affected families' long-term recovery. Beyond community outreach, Lalamove also invests in the well-being of its driver partners through dedicated support programs that provide safety guidance, and wellness advice to help them thrive on and off the road. Spanning markets across Asia and Latin America, Deliver Care initiatives demonstrate how Lalamove's logistics network can drive measurable social impact alongside its business objectives.

Lalamove believes that business growth and social impact are mutually reinforcing. Looking ahead, the company remains committed to advancing its environmental goals, deepening community engagement, and maintaining transparency in its sustainability practices across all markets.
