What is the duration of the campaign period?
The campaign will start one day after the user has completed their first order, and it will last for 30 days. For example, if User A completes their order on 1st March 2023, they will be eligible for the "30 Day Challenge" on 2nd March 2023. The campaign period for User A will be from 2nd March 2023 to 31st March 2023.
Why do I have completed order(s)/Top-up(s) that are not counted for the mission?
All orders and top-ups made before entering the campaign will not be counted toward the mission. Only orders and top-ups made after entering the campaign will be counted.
How can I track the number of orders made to complete the mission?
Users can track the mission's progress by looking at each mission's counter meter on the activity page of the "30 Day Challenge"
When can I win rewards?
Users can claim their prizes immediately after completing a particular mission by clicking on the "Claim Prize" button on the mission card.
What happens to my prizes if I didn't claim them by the end of the campaign?
After the campaign period (30 days), users will no longer be eligible for "30 Day Challenge" and they will not be able to claim their prizes.
Terms and Conditions
  1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the LALAMOVE platform, using any of the services provided by LALAMOVE and/or redeeming LALAMOVE's coupon code, users confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of LALAMOVE and “Lalamove 30 Day Challenge” (“Campaign”) Terms and Conditions;
  2. Users must log in to their LALAMOVE personal account and click on the designated Campaign page of “Lalamove 30 Day Challenge” in LALAMOVE applications (“app”) first to participate in the Campaign. By completing each mission listed on the Campaign page, from "the day after the user completes 1st order” 00:00 to "30 days after the day after the user completed first order"  (“Campaign Period”), users will be granted a designated reward by designated mission during the Campaign period. The missions are:
    1. Entitled to all users: Check in the in-app Campaign page during the Campaign period (Check-in 1 time to earn a maximum of 1 reward);
    2. Entitled to all users: Complete 2 orders during the Campaign period, with no restrictions on the order value or service type
    3. Entitled to all users: Complete 6 orders during the Campaign period, with no restrictions on the order value or service type
    4. Entitled to users who never completed any Motorcycle order: Complete first Motorcycle order during the Campaign period;
    5. Entitled to users who never completed any Car order: Complete the first Car order during the Campaign period ;
    6. Entitled to users who never completed any 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry order: Complete the first 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry order during the Campaign period ;
    7. Entitled to users who never completed any Long Haul order: Complete first Long Haul order during the Campaign period ;
    8. Entitled to all users: top up RM200 to the Lalamove wallet with RM200 (based on the total transaction of RM200 top-up);
    9. Entitled to users who never top up the wallet: Top up the Lalamove wallet for the first time 
      *The first order placed by the user is considered to complete the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh missions and also considered as completing the second and third missions.
  3. Users who completed the designated mission will win the following designed prizes by clicking the "Claim Prize" button on the "Lalamove 30 Day Challenge” Campaign page:
    1. Complete check-in:
      1x 10％ off any vehicle, capped at RM10, valid for 14 days
    2. Complete two orders:
      1x 10％ off any vehicle, capped at RM10, valid for 14 days
      1x 25％ off 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry, capped at RM20, valid for 14 days
    3. Complete six orders:
      1x 10％ off any vehicle, capped at RM10, valid for 14 days
      2x 25％ off 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry, capped at RM20, valid for 14 days
    4. Complete the first Motorcycle order:
      1x 10％ off any vehicle, capped at RM10, valid for 14 days
      1x 25％ off Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry, capped at RM15, valid for 14 days
    5. Complete the first Car order:
      1x 25％ off Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry, capped at RM15, valid for 14 days
    6. Complete the first 4x4 Pickup, Van, Lorry order:
      1x 30% off 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry order, capped at RM20, valid for 14 days
    7. Complete the first Long Haul delivery order:
      1x 30% off 4x4 Pickup, Van, Lorry or Long Haul delivery, capped at RM30, valid for 14 days
    8. Complete the first top up into Lalamove wallet:
      1x10％ off any vehicle, capped at RM10, valid for 14 days
    9. Complete top-up RM200 into Lalamove wallet:
      2x 10％ off any vehicle, capped at RM10, valid for 14 days
      2x 25％ off 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM20, valid for 14 days
  4. Below are the terms and conditions that apply to the LALAMOVE Coupons in all the prizes:
    1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the LALAMOVE platform, using any of the services provided by LALAMOVE, and/or redeeming the coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of LALAMOVE and the Coupon Code Terms and Conditions;
    2. The coupon will be valid for 14 days from the day of coupon issuance, and end at 23:59 on the 14th day upon receiving the coupon(s). The coupon(s) will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended;
    3. The coupon is not applicable on 14th May 2023 and 16th September 2023 until 18th September 2023;
    4. Offers are only applicable for personal account placing orders placed through the LALAMOVE mobile application and website;
    5. Users must choose the coupon when placing a delivery order, to enjoy the instant discount;
    6. Each coupon has a maximum deduction amount, and the discount only applies to the base fare of the order, excluding additional charges;
    7. The coupon may apply vehicle types and courier services restrictions;
    8. Users can only use one coupon per order;
    9. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable;
    10. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. LALAMOVE further reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;
    11. In case of any disputes, LALAMOVE reserves the right to the final decision;
    12. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
