But how? Here’s what you can do before, during and after every Lalamove job:

Before Taking Jobs

Ensure to check these things before sliding the “Join Now” button:

1. Check Order Details

Read first before taking any orders!

Check on the pickup and drop-off locations, delivery type, delivery fee and notes from the customer.

Make sure everything is the right fit for your vehicle and your capability.

2. Ensure Your Vehicle Is In Good Condition

Do you have enough fuel for the next trip? Have you checked whether your tyres and brakes are functioning properly?

Although this may seem like a small matter, it’s important to check to avoid any problems on the road.

While Taking Jobs

Once you’ve tapped “Join Now”, it’s go-time as a Lalamove driver partner!

1. Contact The Customer

Before heading to the pickup location, contact the customer to confirm details such as the pickup location, drop-off and the types of items to be delivered.

2. Inform If There’s Any Problem

Timely delivery matters.

If you encounter any problems or are running late, inform the customer in advance to avoid any misunderstanding.

3. Check Items Before Moving

Once you pick up the items, make sure to:

• Take the right item
• Take care of the item to avoid any damage
• Take a photo as proof

After Completing Jobs

Think the job ends once the delivery is done?

Not quite yet!

There are a few simple things you should do, such as:

1. Confirm The Delivery

Ensure the recipient at the drop-off location has received the item. You may inform them via a call or in-app message.

Don’t forget to send a photo as proof of delivery as well.

2. Ask For A 5-Star Rating

If you’re confident in your service, don’t be shy about asking for a 5-star rating from the customer.

This can help to improve or maintain your rating in the Lalamove Driver app!

3. Update Order Status

Once you’re done, make sure to update the order status to “Completed” so you can continue to take other orders.
