Coupon Code Terms & Conditions

1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming the LALAWIN coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and the LALAWIN Coupon Code Terms and Conditions.

2. The promotion is valid from 00:00 of 9th June 2022 until 23:59 of 31st July 2022 and is limited to the first 4,000 redemptions.

3. The promotion is applicable to individuals and Lalamove business account holders.

4. The coupon code generates three coupons for perusal; RM4 x 1 (for delivery with Motorcyle) and RM8 x 2 (for deliveries with Car, 4 x 4 Pickup, Van 7-ft, Large Van 9-ft, Small Lorry 10-ft, Medium Lorry 14-ft, and Large Lorry 17-ft)

5. Customers must choose the coupon when placing the order to enjoy the discount.

5. Individual customers can redeem the offer by entering the coupon code LALAWIN in the in-app Wallet or before placing the order.

6. Each customer can redeem the LALAWIN coupon code once only.

7. The business offer is limited to the first 300 sign-ups of the Lalamove business account. For Lalamove business account holders, the RM20 coupon will be credited to the Lalamove business account wallet upon successful registration.

6. The redemption period of LALAWIN ends at 23:59 on 31st July 2022, any redemption afterwards is invalid.

7. The coupon is valid for 14 days from the day of redemption and ends at 23:59 on 31st July 2022 on the day upon receiving the coupon. The coupon will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended.

10. Customers can only use one coupon per order.

11. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

12.Lalamove reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers at any time and amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

13. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice.

14. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Malay versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

15. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to a final decision.

16. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
