Terms and Conditions

  1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupon and grand prizes, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and LALAMOVE First Heroes Terms and Conditions.

  2. Users must click on the promo banner in the Lalamove app to join LALAMOVE First Heroes. Users must fulfil any of the following missions from 00:00, 12th May 2023 to 23:59, 18th June May 2023 (campaign period) to earn an unboxing ticket and access the content of the mystery box.

  • Place 5 Car orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)

  • Place 5 Local 4x4 Pickup orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)

  • Place 3 Local Van or Lorry orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)

  • Place 2 Long Haul order to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)

  • Earn 1 unboxing ticket per 1 top-up of Lalamove wallet worth RM400 (with the eligibility of earning up to 1 ticket only)

  1. Lalamove will contact the top 3 winners of grand prizes through a phone call or email that was registered to the winners' Lalamove account after the campaign ends (18th June 2023) for the arrangement of the grand prize handover.

  2. The grand prize winners may expect to receive their prizes within 14 working days after Lalamove has contacted them.

  3. The winner must claim their prize within 14 days from the date the winner is contacted by Lalamove via email/WhatsApp. If the winner fails to claim their prize within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited.

  4. If the user wins the Lalamove coupon, the user must click the “Redeem Now” button within the campaign period to save the coupon code in the Lalamove wallet. The coupon code will be stored in "My Rewards" after 10-15 minutes of redemption.

  5. Normal redemption lead time is around 10-15 minutes. However, the actual lead time will depend on users’ network service and system refreshing time.

  6. Lalamove delivery coupons can only be used for Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries. The value of the delivery coupons is as the following:

  • 4th Prize: 2x20% OFF Car deliveries, capped at RM5 and 4x20% OFF 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM20 (Valid for 14 days)

  • 5th Prize: 4x20% OFF 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM20 (Valid for 14 days)

  • 6th Prize: 4x20% OFF Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM6 (Valid for 14 days)

  • 7th Prize: 2x15% OFF Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM5 (Valid for 7 days)

  1. This promotion is only applicable to Lalamove non-business account users.

  2. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

  3. Each user can win any of the major prizes (1st to 3rd Prize) more than once with chances to win the minor prizes (4th to 7th) during the whole campaign period.

  4. The maximum draw per user is capped at 41 draws.

  5. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the user’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove reserves the right to withdraw the grand prizes and cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice.

  6. Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Lalamove 2023 First Heroes Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

  7. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to a final decision.
