TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, as using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and Great Singapore Move Campaign Terms and Conditions;

2. Users must click on the carousel banner in the Lalamove app to join the Great Singapore Move Campaign and complete a top-up and/or 2 orders required from September 13, 2022, 00:00 to October 12, 2022, 23:59 (campaign period) and also click the “Redeem Now” button within the campaign period to be granted the reward(s). The coupon reward(s) will be ready for redemption 10-15 minutes after the final order is completed;

3. Eligible order completion must be made after a user successfully clicks on the carousel banner in the Lalamove app;

4. Orders must be completed during the given campaign period to be granted the reward.

5. Each user is eligible to redeem more than one prize, regardless of the prize category, during the campaign.

6. Ticket draws are capped at 24 draws per user during the campaign.

7. For the Lalamove The Great Singapore Move Grand Prizes (Tier 1 Prize to Tier 4 Prize), a Lalamove representative will contact the respective winners and arrange the redemption of rewards.

8. The Great Singapore Move Grand Prizes are subjected to stock availability. In the event the listed prize is not available, Lalamove reserves the right to replace the prize with one of a similar type and value.

8. Lalamove Giveaway Coupon Pack Prizes (Additional Prizes) will instantly be awarded to the winners with normal redemption lead-time of around 10-15 minutes, However, the actual lead time will depend on users’ network service and system refreshing time;

9. Validity of Lalamove Giveaway Coupon Pack Prizes will be as follows:

SGD 30 worth - valid for 14 days from the day of coupon issuance, and ends at 23:59 on the 14th day upon receiving the coupon.
SGD 20 worth - valid for 14 days from the day of coupon issuance, and ends at 23:59 on the 14th day upon receiving the coupon.
SGD 12 worth - valid for 5 days from the day of coupon issuance, and ends at 23:59 on the 5th day upon receiving the coupon.
SGD 3 worth - valid for 5 days from the day of coupon issuance, and ends at 23:59 on the 5th day upon receiving the coupon.
All coupons will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended
All coupons are exclusively for non-business account users' usage only.
10. Prizes & Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable;

11. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;

12. Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and LALAMOVE Great Singapore Move Terms and Conditions without prior notice;

13. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision.
