Known as last mile delivery, it refers to the last leg where goods are transported from the distribution centre to the recipient’s address. While most customers expect to receive their goods smoothly within half a day or so, business owners would know that this last lap can be a treacherous journey filled with potential pitfalls that prevent a successful transaction. - Take clear photos of the accident scene, surroundings and damages of all the vehicles.
- If there are no injuries, move your vehicle to a safe place which out of traffic.
- Take down the particulars of the drivers and the registered vehicle number plate.
- Please report the accident within 24 hours of the accident.
- Make a report at AIG Accident Reporting Centre at Nissan Bukit Timah/Ubi/Lengkee
Lalamove driver partners who aren't registered with a company can get a family member to be their guarantor.
There is no termination for the first year. Any time thereafter, the penalty would be calculated as follows:- Remainder rental months divided by 3
