One month of rental rate.

Must I pay the full deposit before collecting my vehicle?

Yes, the full deposit and one month rental is required before you can collect your vehicle.

When can I collect my vehicle after placing a deposit?

Within 7 days (subject to availability).

Do I need to bring anything when I collect my vehicle?
Required items:
Driver’s Licence
When will I receive my deposit after returning my vehicle?

You will receive it within 14-21 days.

How should I pay my monthly rental?

Payment can be made via cash, cheque, GIRO and bank transfer.

What should I do if I got into an accident?

- Stay calm and check for injuries; If there are any serious injuries, call 999/995 immediately 

- Take clear photos of the accident scene, surroundings and damages of all the vehicles.

- If there are no injuries, move your vehicle to a safe place which out of traffic.

- Take down the particulars of the drivers and the registered vehicle number plate.

- Please report the accident within 24 hours of the accident.

- Make a report at AIG Accident Reporting Centre at Nissan Bukit Timah/Ubi/Lengkee

Can someone else other than me drive the rented vehicle?
If the vehicle is registered under a company, yes, any employee with a valid Singapore driving license can drive the vehicle. However, for vehicles that are rented under an individual’s name, only that person is allowed to drive.

Lalamove driver partners who aren't registered with a company can get a family member to be their guarantor.

What happens if I get charged with a traffic offence such as speeding or illegal parking?
All fine notices will be directed to company unless it's rented under the individual scheme.
A fine was issued to me from LTA/HDB/URA. What should I do?
Go to an AXS machine to make payment and WhatsApp the receipt to 8611 1131, indicating your vehicle number.
What is the penalty for early termination?

There is no termination for the first year. Any time thereafter, the penalty would be calculated as follows:- Remainder rental months divided by 3
