Accepting an Order

Log in and go "on duty" in the driver app to view and accept orders. You will also receive a push notification when a new order is generated, if you are on duty.
Remember, Lalamove never penalizes you for being logged in and not accepting available orders.

Follow the in-app prompts to call the customer and confirm delivery details.

Follow the directions to the pick-up location, safely load the order into your vehicle, and begin directions to the drop-off location.
When you arrive at the pick-up address, slide the green bar to confirm arrival.

Scheduled Orders

Lalamove customers have the option to schedule orders in advance. Scheduled orders allow drivers to plan ahead and without wasting time or driving out of the way to get to a pick up location. The Lalamove app allows drivers to accept a max of three orders at once – one immediate order and two scheduled orders at a time.

Here are our top three tips to keep in mind when accepting and completing scheduled orders:

All Lalamove orders are color coded for easy identification.
Dark orange is an immediate order that can be picked up now. Light orange is a scheduled order, for today. Blue is a scheduled order, for a future day.

Post Order Payments

Drivers are the backbone of our business and we want to make sure you’re getting all of your hard-earned money as soon as possible.

Don’t forget these steps when completing orders with additional fees:

Ran into tolls or other expenses while completing your delivery? Submit any add-on fees within 30 minutes of completing the trip and let the customer know so they can reimburse you directly though the app.
Drivers receive 100% of all reimbursements.

Did the customer pay you in cash for the tolls? If so, select the “settled payment” option when prompted.
If not, make sure you don’t click settled payment, or else you won’t be able to notify the customer to reimburse you.

Once the customer completes the additional payment, you’ll be able to see and access your earnings in your wallet tab on the app.
