「運送口罩豁免運費」條款及細則

Terms and Conditions

1.用戶登記參加「運送口罩豁免運費」計劃（下稱「該計劃」）時，即表示用戶接受及同意遵守是次計劃的條款及細則，以及載於Lalamove網頁內的免責聲明。

When a user apply for the "reimbursement" program. it means that he/she accepts and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the program, and the disclaimer on Lalamove website Disclaimer. 

2.用戶所運送的「抗疫用品」包括但不僅限於口罩、消毒酒精、酒精洗手液，酒精啫喱、酒精消毒噴霧、醫用手套、醫用防護衣物。

The "medical supplies" transported by users include, but are not limited to surgical masks, disinfectant alcohol, alcohol hand sanitizer, alcohol gel, alcohol disinfection spray, medical gloves, and medical protective clothing.

3.該計劃只適用於貨車及噸車之訂單。

The program applies to van and truck orders only.

4.用戶申請該計劃時需要填寫相關表格，並清楚提供運送之照片、物品的購買收據、Call車訂單收據。

User need to fill out the Application Form, and provide clear proof of shipment, photo of the supplies and the Lalamove receipt for the ride.

5.Call車費用如包括隧道費，用戶需在落單前剔選。

If the fare includes a tunnel toll, user have to select the option before placing the order.

6.豁免之運費金額以收據銀碼為准，並且不包括代搬費用。

The refund amount is subject to the amount stated on the receipt. "Moving help" shall not be covered.

7.申請該計劃時以「每程」用車服務為單位，申請上限為三程。

Each applicants can apply up to 3 reimbursements for 3 rides.

8.提交表格後，Lalamove將派專人處理和核實用戶所提交的資料。

After submitting the form, Lalamove team will process and verify the information submitted by the user.

9.用戶若提供任何不實、錯誤或有遺漏的資料，或Lalamove有合理的理由懷疑資料不實、錯誤或有遺漏，Lalamove可按其絕對酌情決定暫停或終止用戶參與該計劃。

If the user provide any false, incorrect or missing information, with reasonable ground, Lalamove reserves all right to suspend or terminate the application.

10.成功申請者將會接收到由Lalamove發出的短訊確認。

Successful applicants will receive an SMS confirmation from Lalamove.

11.豁免之費用將由Lalamove支付，並以「獎賞」形式自動存入申請者的電子錢包，以存入日起計算之一個月內有效。

The waived fare will be paid by Lalamove and be automatically deposited as "Reward" into applicant's Lalamove app e-wallet,valid for one month from the date of deposit.

12.如有任何爭議，Lalamove保留最終解釋權。

In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves all right of final interpretation.

14.該活動於2020年3月31日結束，4月1日起不再受理任何運費豁免申請。

The program ends on March 31, 2020, and will be terminated from April 1.
