during the Enhanced Community Quarantine in Cebu.
In line with Cebu City’s restriction on inter-city border crossing, all deliveries in Mandaue and Lapu-lapu can only be done within each respective city's borders. Deliveries requiring access through Mandaue such as Cebu City, Consolacion, or Lapu-lapu will be affected.
Inter-city deliveries from Cebu City to Talisay and Minglanilla, and Consolacion to Lilo-An are still available.
