2. Upload the following documents:

• Professional Driver's license
• NBI Clearance (bring hard copy to the office)
• OR / CR / Deed of sale (with letter of authorization if vehicle is not owned)
• Picture of vehicle (front, side, back)
• For truck (2000 kg): Photocopy of all requirements+PA
• For MPV (600 kg) and Trucks (1000 kg and 2000 kg): push cart is required

3. Orientation is required
