《Lalamove獎賞會員大放送》條款及細則
1. 如果你參加本活動,即代表你已確認並同意本活動條款及細則。2. 推廣期由2021年12月15日至2021年12月28日止(包括首尾兩日)(「推廣期」), 並分為2個階段進行,詳情如下:
- 第1階段 2021年12月15日至2021年12月21日 頭獎:2張香港海洋公園門票 二獎:1張港幣$500 ZALORA電子禮券 三獎:Lalamove模型車套裝及10,000 Lala積分 2022年1月7日
- 第2階段 2021年12月22日至2021年12月28日 頭獎:2張香港海洋公園門票 二獎:港幣總值$500 eCUP電子禮券 三獎:Lalamove模型車套裝及10,000 Lala積分 2022年1月7日
3. 參加者必須為Lalamove獎賞計劃會員。
4. 推廣期內,於第1階段或第2階段期間,落單並累積賺取最多Lala積分的Lalamove獎賞計劃會員將有機會獲得該階段的獎賞最多1份。
5. 推廣期內,每位Lalamove獎賞計劃會員只能被選爲得獎者一次(即:只能贏取一份禮品)。
6. Lalamove將於推廣起結束後14個工作天內已電話及/或電郵聯絡得獎者。
7. Lalamove有權隨時更改相關換領日期及換領方式。
8. 如得獎者 a) 因未能持有有效或仍然使用電話及/或電郵戶口而導致Lalamove未能直接聯絡到得獎者;b) 於首次聯絡得獎者後14個工作天後未能得到回覆 c) 未能符合本活動的條款及細則;及/或 (d) 未能提供個人資料,或不正確及不完整的個人資料,Lalamove有權在不另行通知下:a) 取消得獎者的資格, 及/或b) 不允許領取禮品。
9. Lalamove並不會就得獎者未能收到通知或其他原因而未能成功領取獎品承擔任何任何責任。
10.得獎者成功領取禮品,即代表得獎者允許 Lalamove拍攝其照片及/或影片,並免使用費的、永久的及無限制的在全球範圍内以任何形式使用、複製或編輯其照片及/或影片作行銷和促銷和/或宣傳目的,使用範圍包括但不限於用於線上或線下、社交媒體及新聞發布。
11. 禮品不可轉讓或兌換現金。 Lalamove保留權力,在不另行通知的情況下,提供其他禮品作為替代禮品。如得獎者未能兌換禮品,Lalamove一概不會做出任何賠償或退款,以及一概不承擔任何責任。
12. Lalamove並不是任何本活動禮品的生產商或供應商,因此Lalamove一概不會就禮品使用(包括但不限於保養,如果適用)的任何事宜或所引起的爭議承擔任何責任。得獎者同意將直接聯係有關生產商或供應商有關任何禮品的爭議及/或事宜。禮品亦可能受有關生產商或供應商之附加條款及細則約束。
13. Lalamove保留修改及終止本活動(包括但不限於推廣期、推廣階段及禮品)及修改本活動的條款及細則之權利,而不作另行通知。如有任何爭議,Lalamove擁有最终决定權。
14. 中英文版本之內容如有任何歧義,在任何情況下概以英文版本為準。
《Lalamove Rewards - Giveaway Campaign》 Terms and Conditions
1. By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Campaign terms and conditions.2.The Campaign period is from 15 December 2021 to 28 December 2021 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”). The campaign will be divided and conducted in 2 stages, details as follows:
- 1st week Giveaway campaign period: 15 December 2021 - 21 December 2021 First prize:Ocean Park Tickets (2pcs) Second prize:HK$500 ZALORA E-Gift Card (1pc) Third prize:Lalamove model car set (1set) & 10,000 LalaPoints
- 2nd week Giveaway campaign period: 22 December 2021 - 28 December 2021 First prize:Ocean Park Tickets (2pcs) Second prize:Value at HK$500 eCUP E-Gift Card Third prize:Exclusive Lalamove model car set (1 set) & 10,000 LalaPoints
3. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a member of Lalamove Rewards.
4. During the Campaign Period, either the first or the second period, Lalamove members who have placed orders and earn the most LalaPoints will be entitled to the rewards specific to the period.
5. During the Campaign Period, each Lalamove member can only be a winner once (i.e. winning one Campaign Prize).
6. Lalamove will contact the winner through phone and/or email address within 14 working days after the end of the campaign.
7. Lalamove reserves the right to change the Campaign Prize redemption date(s) and/or method at any time.
8. If a winner: (a) does not maintain a valid and active phone number and/or email account through which Lalamove could contact them on, (b) unable to receive a response 14 working days after first contacted (c) does not comply with these Campaign terms and conditions, and/or (d) does not provide the information or provide inaccurate and incomplete information, Lalamove has the right to: (a) disqualify the winner, and/or (b) withhold the Campaign Prize from the winner without prior notice.
9. Lalamove shall not be liable for a winner’s failure or inability to redeem a Campaign Prize whether due to a winner not receiving communications or otherwise.
10. By redeeming and accepting the Campaign Prizes, each winner grants Lalamove full, global, royalty free and perpetual rights to take videos and/or photographs of the winner and use the images resulting from the videography and/or photography, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for marketing and promotional and/or publicity purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media and press releases.
11. The Campaign Prizes are non-transferable or non-exchangeable for cash. Lalamove reserves the right to offer an alternative prize as replacement without prior announcement. A winner shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to redeem or claim a Campaign Prize.
12. Lalamove is not the supplier of the Campaign Prizes provided under or in connection with this Campaign. Lalamove shall have no liability or responsibility relating to any aspect of or disputes arising from the use of the Campaign Prizes (including but not limited to the warranty, if applicable) provided by the suppliers. The winners acknowledge that he/she shall direct all disputes and/or enquiries relating to the Campaign Prizes to the relevant suppliers. The Campaign Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.
13. Lalamove reserves the right to vary, modify and terminate the above Campaign (including but not limited to the Campaign Period and the Campaign Prizes) and to amend any of these Campaign terms and conditions at any time without any notice. In case of disputes in relation to the Campaign, Lalamove’s decision shall be final and binding.
14. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
