    How does Lalamove work? Can I join part time?

    Lalamove is a platform that matches drivers to customers. Drivers are able to view and choose their orders. Yes, you can perform the orders on a part-time basis.

    How much can I earn per week with Lalamove?

    Earnings will vary depending on the vehicle type and the orders completed - take control of your earnings with every order! Drivers take home 84% of every order cost. Our top car drivers are able to earn $1,500 weekly!

    How are the charges of orders calculated?

    What do I have to do during the registration process?

    Simply key in your details on our webpage and choose a virtual training session.

    How many days would it take for me to start earning?

    Account will be verified within 1 working day after the training is completed and deposit is placed.

    Driver's sensitive details are protected in accordance to the Personal Data Protection Act.

    Can I still join as a driver if I don't own a vehicle?

    Sure! We have partnerships with various vehicle rental companies. Click here to check out our vehicle rental deals.

    My vehicle isn’t listed here. Can I still drive for Lalamove?

    Unfortunately, you will need a vehicle in the list to deliver orders for Lalamove. If you wish to rent a vehicle to drive with us, you may check out the many vehicle rental deals we have with our partnered vehicle rental companies!

    I own multiple vehicles. Can I attach them all to my driver profile?

    You can only use 1 vehicle to deliver the orders.

    Can I share the same vehicle with my friends with two separate accounts?

    Yes, you can share the vehicle with two separate accounts but the vehicle should not be used by multiple accounts at the same time.

    I've changed my vehicle. What should I do to update my profile?

    Please send the photo of the vehicle with vehicle plate to 8831 3122 and we will assist you accordingly.

    Training-Related

    I have scheduled my training but I am unable to attend. How do I reschedule?

    Should you be unable to make it for your initial registered training slot, you can reschedule your online training at our webinar portal - http://bit.ly/trainingllm. 

    Please ensure that you have received the confirmation email upon registration.

    How will the training sessions be conducted?

    Online training is held via Zoom webinar where you will be able to access from the comfort of your home without making your way down to the office in person. It is easier, safer and more convenient in this current situation.

    Payment-Related

    Does Lalamove charge any fee to verify the account? If yes, how much?

    There is a refundable security deposit to be placed in order to verify your Lalamove driver account:

    Motorcycle Riders - $25

    Car, Van and Lorry drivers - $75

    For van and lorry drivers, we will also need to paste Lalamove stickers on your vehicle before verifying your account.

    Why do I need to make a deposit? Is the deposit money refundable?

    The security deposit is to ensure that drivers complete the orders accepted, and delivery items are treated with the utmost care.

    But rest assured, the deposit is fully refundable upon closure of your Lalamove driver account, given that at least 1 order is completed.

    Once verified, how do I cash out my payments?

    Cash-out can be done on a weekly basis. The cut-off day will be on every Sunday evening, 2359hrs. The cash-out amount can be updated daily until the cut-off day.

    For POSB/DBS, you will receive your cash-out amount on the following Wednesday while other bank account holders will receive it on the following Friday.

    What should I do if the customer has accidentally given me a wrong rating?

    Please inform our customer service team via the in-app chat to let them know there is an error.

    Order-Related

    How do I cancel my order?

    Kindly inform us through the in-app chat if you would like to cancel an order. Please take note that there will be a penalty if it is considered an invalid cancellation.

    What should I do if the item is not ready for delivery?

    If there is a delay in the handover of item from the sender for delivery, you will be entitled to the waiting time charges after the grace period of 10mins. Please reach out to us via the in-app chat and we will advise you accordingly.

    What should I do if the recipient is not ready to collect the item?

    Please reach out to us via the in-app chat for assistance.
