No, as long as you are driving for Lalamove and are a sticker driver, you are entitled to the special rates for vehicle servicing.

Are all services appointment-based?

No, you can walk in for the vehicle servicing as well, however, the duration of the servicing will be dependent on the number of vehicles undergoing servicing at that time.
