Lalamove-Always Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The lucky draw campaign《Lalamove Always-Lucky Draw》(Campaign) is held by Easy Mobile Logistics Hong Kong Limited (Lalamove).
2. Campaign period is from 3rd January 2021 to 14th February 2021 at 11:59pm, 6 weeks in total. The last date of lucky draw application is on 14th February 2021 at 11:59pm.
3. During campaign period, first time users of Lalamove can use a specified discount code to redeem a coupon (designated coupon) to their Lalamove wallet. After placing first order in Lalamove App with the coupon and complete the order, users can participate in the lucky draw.
4. User can participate in the weekly lucky draw once for each week. To participate in the lucky draw for the second time and onwards, user must use the dedicated coupon on their first order, and complete at least 1 more order from the lucky draw date of that week and prior to the next lucky draw date. Each user can participate in the lucky draw for not more than 6 times in total. Entry requirements of each lucky draw are as follow:
The First Lucky Draw: 11th January 2021
Entry requirement: Placed first order* during 3rd January 2021 to 10th January 2021 at 11:59pm, or placed first order* and complete 1 or more orders from 3rd January 2021 to 10th January 2021 at 11:59pm.
The Second Lucky Draw: 18th January 2021
Entry requirement: Placed first order* during 11th January 2021 to 17th January 2021 at 11:59pm, or placed first order* and complete 1 or more orders from 3rd January 2021 to 17th January 2021 at 11:59pm.
The Third Lucky Draw: 25th January 2021
Entry requirement: Placed first order* during 18th January 2021 to 24th January 2021 at 11:59pm, or placed first order* and complete 1 or more orders from 3rd January 2021 to 24th January 2021 at 11:59pm.
The Forth Lucky Draw: 1st February 2021
Entry requirement: Placed first order* during 25th January 2021 to 31st January 2021 at 11:59pm, or placed first order* and complete 1 or more orders from 3rd January 2021 to 31st January 2021 at 11:59pm.
The Fifth Lucky Draw: 8th February 2021
Entry requirement: Placed first order* during 1st February 2021 to 7th February 2021 at 11:59pm, or placed first order* and complete 1 or more orders from 3rd January 2021 to 7th February 2021 at 11:59pm.
The Sixth Lucky Draw: 16th February 2021
Entry requirement: Placed first order* during 8th February 2021 to 14th February 2021 at 11:59pm, or placed first order* and complete 1 or more orders from 3rd January 2021 to 14th February 2021 at 11:59pm

6. Lucky draw result each week will be published in SingTao Daily and The Standard on 13th January 2021, 20th January 2021, 27th January 2021, 3rd February 2021, 10th February 2021 and 17th February 2021 respectively.
7. Winners will be notified by SMS sent from Lalamove, with the details of prizes collection.
8. Participants must use a Hong Kong registered number with voice and SMS function for their Lalamove accounts. Winners whose mobile numbers in Lalamove account are invalid, do not support voice & SMS function, or that number has stopped service on the winner announcement date, will be disqualified.
9. Prizes must be collected by winners at designated location and period. Winners must present their profiles on Lalamove App and the SMS notice for verification purpose when they collect the prizes. Lalamove reserves the right to disqualify winners who cannot present these required information.
10. Lalamove has the right to change the prize redemption and collection method according to public health condition. If the prizes are delivered by post, winners must provide a valid address to Lalamove by specified deadline. Lalamove shall not be liable or responsible for the cost, any loss or damage of the prizes or any failure of delivery.
11. Winners will be disqualified if the following situation occurred: - If winners provided an incorrect mobile number in Lalamove account, - If Lalamove could not contact the winner successfully after 7 days of winner announcement, - If prizes have not been collected in specified period or winners did not provide an address in specified deadline (if applicable), and - If winners provided a wrong address (if applicable) and the prizes could not be delivered.
12. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other products. Winners must comply with the terms and conditions by the product suppliers of prizes. Lalamove shall not be liable or responsible for any consequences, loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of the participants' receiving and using the prizes.
13. In case of any dispute, Lalamove reserves the right of final decision.
