If you’re a regular Lalamove user, you might have noticed that you can redeem coupons through the Rewards section in the Lalamove app.

These coupons can help you save on your next delivery or ride orders. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to redeem a coupon and where to find it afterwards.

Step 1: Open The Rewards Page

Find the Rewards page in the side menu in the Lalamove app.

This is where you’ll find all the available coupons or vouchers that you can redeem using your LalaPoints.

Step 2: Go To Lalamove Coupons

Click on the Lalamove Coupons section.

Here you’ll find a list of available coupons you can redeem.

Step 3: Click On The Coupon To Claim

Once you’ve found the coupon you want, simply tap Claim.

This action redeems the coupon from the Rewards page.

Step 4: Tap Add To Wallet

After claiming the coupon, the next step is to tap Add To Wallet.

This ensures the coupon is saved and ready to use later.

Step 5: Check Your Rewards History

After adding the coupon to your wallet, it will appear in your Rewards History.

This allows you to track which coupons you’ve already redeemed.

Step 6: Tap Wallet And Coupons

Next, return to the main page and tap Wallet.

Inside the Wallet section, select Coupons.

Then, scroll down and you’ll be able to see the coupon you previously redeemed.

Save More With Lalamove Rewards

If you’ve redeemed a coupon but can’t find it, remember to check these two places:

• Rewards History - to confirm whether it was redeemed or not
• Wallet - to check your coupons

With these simple steps, you can easily redeem, track your coupons and make the most out of your rewards.
