    How is Lalamove different from other online food delivery platforms?

    We don't charge any commission on your deliveries. Moreover, we deliver islandwide and 24 hours a day!

    Which vehicle should I select for my food delivery?

    If the total volume of your delivery is within 40 × 25 × 25 cm, and weighs less than or equals to 8kg, choose a motorcycle!

    If the total volume of your delivery is within 70 × 50 × 50 cm, and weighs less than or equals to 20kg, choose a car!

    If the total volume of your delivery is within 160 × 120 × 100 cm, and weighs less than or equals to 350kg, choose a van!

    How does Lalamove calculate the charges of my food delivery?

    For motorcycle deliveries, the rate is a base fare of $10 + $0.30/km.

    For car deliveries, the rate is a base fare of $15 + $0.40/km.

    For van deliveries, the rate is a base fare of $30 + $0.50/km.

    For the rates above, charges for additional stop apply.

    How does Lalamove ensure freshness of my food during the delivery?

    All food deliveries are transported in Lalaboxes, special insulated carriers with temperature-regulating panels to keep your food at the optimum temperature!
