Lalamove Activation Fee Policy

Activation fees secure Delivery Partners’ rights who are committed to working with Lalamove based on our shared values. As an on-demand hailing platform, we provide Delivery Partners with the flexibility to earn; hence, we are pursuing a fleet of drivers that contributes to our visions and supports our expansion of the client base with passion. Activation fees also protect the mutual interest of both parties from Drivers Partners threatening both of our sources of income with inappropriate behaviours. By following these ground rules, we shall create a safe and enjoyable platform for users and Delivery Partners. 

 

  1. Purpose of Activation Fee: 

    1. The Activation Fee is used to secure the mutual interests of Delivery Partners and Lalamove;

    2. The Activation Fee does not serve as commission or membership fee, but may be used for other services;

    3. The term of the Activation Fee commences on the date of your registration for a Delivery Partner Account and remains valid until the termination of partnership between you and Lalamove; and

    4. Delivery Partner must pay a full amount of Activation Fee after verification and before taking order. Each Delivery Partner (verified driver account) is required to pay the Activation Fee once only.

    You should check the application for the current amount of the Activation Fee, as it may vary over time.

     

  2. Refund: 

    Please note that the Activation Fee is non-refundable.
