Hold a National ID / Iqama to show that you are a Saudi citizen or permanent resident
Hold a valid driver's license allowing you to drive in Saudi Arabia
Possess a valid, unexpired vehicle registration which corresponds to the vehicle you intend to drive
Have a valid vehicle insurance that meets the legal requirements for driving in Saudi Arabia
Obtain a police clearance certificate to verify your background

Your account can be completed within 3 working days, given you have completed our online quiz and documents are approved.
