We’ve introduced a new Delivery Note Return feature on the Lalamove app. This lets the delivery proof, provided by the receiver at drop-off, be sent back to the sender as confirmation that the delivery was completed.
Both individual users and corporates can benefit from this feature, especially for larger deliveries made through our 1-ton and 3-ton fence trucks. Here's how you can use the feature.
How to Use the Delivery Note Return

Open the Lalamove app and enter the pickup and drop-off locations.

Select a 1-ton or 3-ton fence truck.

Once you click on the 1-ton or 3-ton fence truck option, you will see the Delivery Return Note feature.

Select the payment method, enter the phone number, and apply a coupon (if available).

Click on Review Order, then confirm.
That's it. Once the delivery is done, you will get the Delivery Return Note within 72 hours of order completion.
Tip for Smooth Delivery Note Return

After placing your delivery order, contact the driver to inform him about the Delivery Note Return feature. This avoids any confusion.

The driver has up to 72 hours after the delivery to return the delivery note. You can also ask him to return it when he’s back in the area for convenience.
