How do I improve my Orange Meter level?
The Orange Meter is an overall understanding of your level of compliance to Lalamove's Guidelines. You can increase your Orange Meter level by completing more orders in compliance with Lalamove's Guidelines.
What happens if I am suspended or banned?
If your account is suspended or banned, you will experience limitations to your account access, such as restrictions on taking orders and cashing out.
Your access to the features will be restored upon the completion of the suspension period indicated within the app.
How can I request a review if my Orange Meter level is negatively rated?
You can request a review via the Lalamove Driver App and our team will review the evidence as soon as possible.
