1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and “LALA 11.11” Terms and Conditions;

Users must click on the designated page of “LALA 11.11” and complete the selected missions in the designated campaign week from November 3, 2021 00:00 to November 23, 2021 23:59 (campaign period) and click the “Open now” button within the campaign week to be granted the coupon(s). The coupon(s) will be ready for redemption 10-15 minutes after the final order is completed;
      Missions include:
      a. Complete 2 x orders to get 1 x ticket in order to unbox the gift. The gift contains a HK$11 coupon. Users can participate in the mission 5 times maximum per campaign week, earning a total of HK$55 coupon(s).

      b. Complete the first time wallet top up to get 1 x ticket in order to unbox the gift. The gift contains a HK$11 coupon. Users can participate in the mission 1 time maximum during the campaign period.

3. Eligible missions completion must be made after a user successfully clicks on the designated page of “LALA 11.11”;

9. Customers can only use one coupon per order;

10. Coupon(s) are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable;

11. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupon(s) awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;

12.Lalamove reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers at any time and amend the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and LALA 11.11 Terms and Conditions without prior notice;

13. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail;

14. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision;

15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements;

16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
