All Others
These fees are those for which a driver is free to provide their own quote. They include but are not limited to storage, dismantling and assembly. The quote must be provided by the driver to the customer before the commencement of the job. If you are not agreeable with the quote, you must get in touch with Lalamove Customer Service before the shipment. If Lalamove is contacted following the completion and payment of such a job, Lalamove will not be able to provide compensation to the customer.

In case of additional charges being requested by the driver, and if these charges were not part of the original delivery order, it is the customer’s obligation to inform the Lalamove Customer Service of these charges prior to paying the driver. 

The fare of service is based on multiple factors such as traffic situation, order volume, availability of delivery partners, applicable tolls, surcharges and so on. Hence the total fare of the service may vary. The fare displayed at the time of request may not be the same if there is a change to order details.

CBD Charges
(Mon-Sat, 6:30am to 8:30pm)

For jobs with pickup outside of CBD area and drop-off or any of the drop-offs within CBD area, CBD surcharges apply Monday to Saturday from 6:30am to 8:30pm.

High Demand Surcharge

There would be an all-day high demand surcharge applicable islandwide for all vehicle types per order. The high demand surcharge will be based exclusively on the base fare and mileage fare only; it will exclude the return trip fee, additional helper fee, tailgate fee, purchasing service fee, multi-node surcharge, CBD/District surcharges and/or Holiday/Festive surcharge. The high demand surcharge pricing may vary because of factors such as, but not limited to, demand-supply ratio, booking timing, traffic conditions and routing information. For accurate pricing on your specific delivery, please refer to the final price as indicated on the platform.

Limited Access Locations

Sentosa - For courier delivery orders to enter Sentosa, Lalamove riders are required and instructed to use only the left lane. Drop-off is allowed only at these designated areas in Sentosa: Sentosa cove, Capella and covid-19 isolated hotels (Outpost Hotel, Village Hotel, Festive Hotel and Hard Rock Hotel).

Delivery orders which do not meet the Sentosa entry requirement will not be able to be fulfilled or compensated.

Platform Fee: 

Starting from 16 December 2024, all orders, including car and motorbike towing services, are subjected to a flat fee of $0.50 per order, regardless of the vehicle type.

Waiting Fees

For immediate orders: Upon accepting immediate orders, drivers are given up to 30 minutes to arrive at the pickup location. No grace period for clients. Goods have to be readily available upon arrival of the driver. 

For scheduled orders: Drivers are to arrive at the scheduled pickup time and are given an allowance of 10 minutes grace period. Clients will also have a grace period of 10 minutes to have their goods ready from the scheduled pick-up time. Waiting fee charges will apply immediately after the first 10 minutes.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation for orders past the listed grace period below will incur a charge.

• For immediate orders: Within 9 minutes of being matched with a driver

• For scheduled orders: 30 minutes before scheduled pick-up time

A 50% cancellation fee will apply for all orders cancelled after the arrival of our driver-partners

Oversized Item Charge
If the goods exceed the maximum weight, size or quantity specified under Lalamove's pricing page, Lalamove will offer the customer either of the below mentioned solutions:
1. Change the vehicle type to the appropriate one with the price difference being borne by the customer (applicable to courier, car, van, and lorry 10ft jobs).
2. Add an additional helper to assist with the order with the price difference being borne by the customer (applicable to van and lorry jobs only)
3. Cancel the order with half of the delivery fee the customer bears if the driver already showed up to perform the job.

Wrong Address Change
The customer will be charged the price of an additional trip from the original address to the new address provided. The price will be calculated according to the standard transportation fee and additional stop charge.

Additional stop charge
Additional stops are charged depending on the vehicle requested to perform the job. Orders with multiple stops will incur an additional charge of S$3.00 per stop for couriers, S$5.00 per stop for cars, S$8.00 per stop for 1.7m vans, S$11.00 per stop for 2.4m vans and S$17.00 per stop for 10ft & 14ft lorries, S$20 per stop for 24ft lorries.

The additional charge includes 2 hours of service. Timed from the scheduled time of order, or arrival time of the driver, whichever is later. If the service takes longer than 2 hours, there will be an overtime charge of $5 per additional 10 minutes or less per person, capped at $200.
