Referrer

1. The driver account must be in normal status in order to share the link
2.  Rewards will be reflected in driver's wallet balance. 
3.  Referrer must have placed a deposit as a driver with Lalamove.
4.  Referrer should have completed at least one order with Lalamove.

Referee

1. The referee must fulfill the registration criteria to receive the referral rewards.
2. Each referee can only join the program once.
e.g. If a driver receives a Referral from the program, the driver will not receive any amendments in any circumstances (e.g. Vehicle type change, Referral expired).
e.g. If a driver has closed their previous account and re-registers, the driver will not be eligible for the referral program.
e.g. If a driver begins their registration by entering their mobile number and clicks on the referral link afterward, the driver will not be eligible for the referral program.
3. Each order completed by the referee will go through a fraud check - The order will not be counted towards the challenge if the order is considered fraudulent.
4.  Once the referee completes the order target, rewards will be reflected in the driver's wallet balance.
5.  If the referee completes the order target, but their vehicle type does not match the challenge's criteria, the reward will not be given. 
6.  Referee must be rated 4.0 and above; the account should be under normal status.
7.  Referee must not have registered on the platform before.
8. Referee must not cancel the orders without valid reason during the referral period**.
9.  Referee must place the deposit within 7 days from the verified date.

 

General

1. The management of Lalamove reserves the right to substitute the prize/reward to another of a similar value without prior notice.
2. Lalamove's decision on any part of the referral program is final and binding.
