Promo Code Terms and Conditions
1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming the LALA2022 coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and the LALA2022 Coupon Code Terms and Conditions;
2. The promotion period is valid from 00:00 of 5 January 2022 until 23:59 of 28 February 2022, except for the following dates which the offer is invalid: 21-22, 28-31 January 2022 and 1-2 February 2022;
3. Offers are only applicable for individual Lalamove users (non-business account) and orders placed through the Lalamove mobile application and web version;
4. Customers can redeem the offer by entering coupon code LALA2022 in the in-app Wallet or before placing order;
5. Each customer can redeem the LALA2022 coupon once;
6. New customers (those that have never placed any order via any Lalamove platform) are entitled to 1 coupon valued at HK$20; existing customers are entitled to 1 coupon valued at HK$10;
7. The redemption period of coupon code LALA2022 ends at 23:59 on 28 February 2022, any redemption after the expiry date will be invalid;
8. The coupon is valid for 14 days from the day of coupon issuance, and ends at 23:59 on the 14th day upon receiving the coupon. The coupon will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended;
9. Customers must choose the coupon when placing the order, to enjoy the instant HK$20 or HK$10 coupon;
10. The coupon is applicable to all vehicle types and courier services including walker, motorcycle, van, 5.5 ton and 9 ton trucks;
11. Customers can only use one coupon per order;
12. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable;
13.Lalamove reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers at any time and amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice;
14. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion . Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;
15. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail;
16. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision;
17. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements;
18. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
