Eligibility:
1. Lalamove Huat A Driver Bonanza (“Contest”) is a contest organised by Lalamove Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Lalamove”) and is open to all new Malaysian Lalamove Driver-Partners (“Partners”), subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. All Partners are required to have an active Lalamove Driver-Partner account for 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry to join the Contest.

3. This contest is open to Lalamove Driver Partners in Klang Valley, Johor, Malacca and Penang.

4. The following Partners are not eligible or qualified for this contest:
(a) Motorcycle or Car driver-partners
(b) Partners who have registered before the contest period.
(c) Partners who have been banned and suspended;

Contest Period:

1. This Contest will run from 8th January 2024, 12.00 am to 31st January 2024, 11.59 pm – Malaysian Time GMT+8 (“Contest Period”).

2. Any completed orders after the Contest Period shall no longer be entitled to any entries.

3. Lalamove reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, discontinue or terminate the Contest Period at any time before the expiry of the Contest Period without giving any prior notice, and no compensation in cash or kind shall be given.

Participation:

1. This contest will take place on the Lalamove Driver App.

2. The following requirements must be met to join the Contest:
a) Register to the platform within the Contest Period
b) Complete the required deposits and display Lalamove stickers on the vehicle

3. Once the requirements are met, the eligible Partners will automatically opt into this contest.

4. Completed Order means when a Partner finishes a delivery order by dropping off the items at their destination, without refund or complaint lodged by Lalamove users in respect of the delivery.

5. Every Completed Order during the Contest Period will be admitted as 5 entries. For example, if a Partner has completed 100 orders within the contest period, they will have 500 entries.

Winners Selection/Announcement:

1. Lalamove will be publishing details of top entries, i.e. Partner’s name and number of entries, throughout the Contest Period. Partners with a greater number of total entries stand a greater chance of being selected as winners at the end of the Contest.

2. The winners will be announced on the Lalamove Drivers App landing page 30 days after the end of the Contest Period.

3. There will be a total of (12) twelve winners, and each winner is only eligible for one (1) prize.

4. Winners’ announcements may include the name, identification number, photograph, the town/region of the Partners’ account, and the prize details of each prize winner.

5. All winners will be contacted and/or notified via email with instructions on how to redeem their prizes before the official announcement. Winners are required to acknowledge receipt of the email within 7 days of receipt. Failing which, winners may be disqualified, and Lalamove reserves the right to award the prize to another winner. (Note: Winners will be contacted before the official winner announcement date).

6. Lalamove will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.

The Prize(s):

1. The Winners in this contest will receive RM1,000 which will be credited to the winner’s Lalamove wallet.

2. Each Partner is entitled to win (1) one prize only.

3. Prizes must be claimed in person. Identification, which includes NRIC or a licence that displays a photograph of the winner will be required during the redemption process. Lalamove reserves the right to forfeit the prize of any winner who does not provide the required details as stipulated in the Contest Terms and Conditions.

4. All prizes are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-cumulative, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

5. All prize(s) must be redeemed and used by Partners within its stipulated deadline. No extensions of the prize validity will be entertained, and no compensation will be payable if Partners are unable to utilize the prize(s) before its expiry.

6. The prizes are provided ‘as is’ and without any warranty, express or implied. Lalamove shall not be liable for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or possession of the prize, including but not limited to any defect or malfunction of the prize. Winners agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Lalamove from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or in connection with the receipt, use or possession of the prize, regardless of whether such claims arise from the Lalamove’s negligence, breach of contract or any other cause of action.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. By participating in this Contest, Partners acknowledge, understand and consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Lalamove reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, vary and/or alter any part of the terms and conditions of this Contest, including but not limited to substituting the prizes with other prizes of equal value, at any time without giving any prior notice to the Partners, and Partners agree to be bound by those changes.

3. Lalamove reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Partners’ participation in the contest without cause and notice, in particular, if: –
a) Partners is not an eligible or qualified Partners;
b) Partners fail to fulfil all or any of the Terms & Conditions stipulated herein;
c) Partners has engaged in conduct that Lalamove considers inappropriate or unacceptable;
d) Partners has breached any Terms & Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Contest or violates any applicable laws or regulations; and
e) any other reasons Lalamove deems fit at Lalamove's sole discretion

4. Lalamove shall have the exclusive rights to use, modify, publish or display materials information submitted by Partners, including but not limited to, the names, photographs, town or region of the Partners in any way it deems fit for marketing, advertising, publicity purposes and for any other reason whatsoever without any further notice to the Partners and the Partners shall not claim ownership or any payments or compensation on the materials.

5. Lalamove’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.

6. Lalamove shall not be liable for any claims by the Partners or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Contest.

7. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other language’s version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.

8. By participating in the Contest, Partners consent to Lalamove’s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of Partners personal data to facilitate the conduct of the Contest (including notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Lalamove’s online platforms, delivery/collection of prizes) and for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Lalamove’s Privacy Notice

9. Partners agree that Partners shall not question the decisions of Lalamove without limitations or qualification and in case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the Contest, all decisions of Lalamove shall be final and conclusive.
