1. For “Scheduled (>45 min)” order, Users may cancel up to 45 minutes before the scheduled pick up time after it has been matched. Please note that cancellation fees may be applied after this timeframe.

2. For “Deliver Now”, the base fare will be charged if a User cancels 9 minutes after being matched to the driver and/or after the driver arrives at the pickup location.

Once a vehicle type and starting point/end-point have been entered into the app/website, it will provide users with the delivery price. By confirming the delivery request, you accept to pay the delivery price quoted while being aware that additional charges may be imposed.

The user shall pay the participating drivers in cash all sums immediately when due unless otherwise agreed by both parties. If any of the parties does not agree with the charges, Lalamove Customer Service must be contacted prior to payment to the driver.

Lalamove will assist in communicating the charges to the customer on the driver's behalf.

If the requirement or parcel exceeds the maximum weight, size, or quantity as specified above, Lalamove will offer the following solutions:

1. Change the vehicle type to the appropriate one with the price difference being borne by the customer (applicable to Motorcycle, Car, Van, 4 x 4 Pickup, and Lorry).

2. Add additional helper to assist with the order with the price difference being borne by the customer (applicable to Lorry jobs only)

3. Cancel the order with the base rate being borne by the customer if the driver already showed up to perform the job.

The fare of service is based on multiple factors such as traffic situation, order volume, availability of delivery partners, applicable tolls, surcharges and so on. Hence the total fare of the service may vary. The fare displayed at the time of the request may not be the same if there is a change to order details.

4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry: 20% of the delivery fee
