Remember!

As a referrer, ensure your friends use your unique referral code during the driver sign-up process.

If they sign up without entering your referral code, they won't be counted as your referral!

Terms and Conditions

Referee

1. The referee must fulfil the registration criteria to receive the challenge mission.

2. Each referee can join the program once Only.

  • If a driver once joined the program as a referee, whether or not the driver has successfully completed the mission and received rewards, the driver will not be eligible to be a referee in the future in any circumstances whether or not the driver has successfully completed the program and received rewards. (e.g. Vehicle type change, Referral expired, Mission not received / incomplete)

  • If a driver has closed the existing account and re-register a new account, the driver will not be eligible for the referral program.

  • If a driver begins their registration by entering their mobile number but without a valid referrer code, the driver will not be eligible for the referral program.

3. Ride order - the mission time limit is given for the referee to fulfill both requirements:

(i) Get the Ride driver application approved.

(ii) Complete the mission required number of Ride orders

4. Each referral or order completed by the referee will go through a fraud check - the order will not be counted towards the challenge if the referral or order is considered fraudulent.

5. Once a referee completes the order target, rewards will be reflected in the driver wallet balance of the referee within 14 working days.

6. If the referee completes the order target, but their vehicle type does not match the challenge's criteria, the reward will not be given.

7. Referee driver account must be at Normal status to receive reward.

8. Referee must not have registered on the platform before.

9. Referee must not cancel the orders without valid reason during the referral period.

10. Referee must settle the deposit & sticker requirements (if applicable).

 

Referrer

1. The driver account must be at Normal status in order to join the program as a referrer, and the referrer code and share link will be valid.

2. Ride order - the mission time limit is given for referee to fulfill both requirements:

(i) get the Ride driver application approved and

(ii) complete the mission required number of Ride orders

3. Each referral or order completed by the referee will go through a fraud check - the order will not be counted towards the challenge if the referral or order is considered fraudulent.

4. The driver account should be at Normal status to receive reward.

5. Once a referee completes the order target, rewards will be reflected in the driver wallet balance of the referrer within 14 working days.

 

General

1. Lalamove reserves the right to substitute the prize/reward to another of a similar value without prior notice.

2. Drivers must only use their own device/phone/Lalamove Driver Account / Lalamove Driver App to operate any activities of their own registered account only.

3. Lalamove reserves the right to revoke the released prize/reward if fraudulent activities found.

4. Decision of Lalamove on any part of the referral program is final and binding.

5. Prize & reward are based on a first come first serve basis.

6. Lalamove Driver Partner Terms & Conditions apply to this referral program.
