Invite Your Friends To Be Lalamove Driver Partners

General

1. The referral period runs from 1st October 2024 to 31st October 2024.

2. Lalamove reserves the right to substitute the prize/reward for another of a similar value without prior notice.

3. Lalamove's decision on any part of the referral program is final and binding.

4. The existing verification steps have to be followed.

5. If one referred friend is referred by two referrers, the first referral code that the referred friend use to join will be selected for the reward.

6. This referral program is open to all verified Lalamove partners to refer a friend who owns a Car, 4 x 4 Pickup, Van 7-ft, Large Van 9-ft, Small Lorry 10-ft, Medium Lorry 14-ft, Large Lorry 17-ft or Large Lorry-20ft.

7. For Kuching, the rewards will only be offered for referred friends who register as Car or 4x4 driver partners.

8. The rewards are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

9. Delivery Partners must use their own device, phone, and Lalamove app to provide delivery service through Delivery Partner Account. Failure to comply may lead, among other consequences, to the seizure of incentives, delayed or deferred cashouts, or account suspension.

Referrer

1. The referrer's account must be free of any violation in order to share the referral code.

2. Rewards will be reflected in the referrer's wallet balance after the referred friend fulfils the criteria.

3. Referrers are allowed to refer their friends from Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, Malacca and Kuching. If you are based in Klang Valley and your friend is based in Penang/Johor/Malacca/Kuching, you can refer them to join Lalamove.

Referred Friends

1. All referred friends must fulfil the requirements to qualify for the reward.

2. Each referred friend is only allowed to participate in the program once. If the referred friend receives challenges from the program, the friend will not be eligible to receive another challenge from the Refer A Friend program under any circumstance. (e.g. change of vehicle type, expired challenge).

3. Every referral will undergo a fraud check. If the referral is deemed fraudulent, the referral will be deemed unsuccessful, and no rewards will be given.

4. Upon completion of the challenge, the rewards will be reflected in the referred friend's Lalamove wallet.

5. If the referred friend completes the challenge, but the vehicle type does not match the challenge's requirement, no rewards will be given.

6. The referred friend must have a minimum rating of 4.0. The referred friend’s delivery partner account should be free of any violation.

7. The referred friend must not cancel delivery orders without a valid reason during the challenge period.

8. The referred friend must complete orders in participating cities, which are Klang Valley,  Penang, Johor. Malacca and Kuching.

9. Once the referred friend completes the challenge and receives the reward after passing the fraud checks, the referred friend can become a referrer and refer their friends.

10. For Kuching, the rewards will only be offered for referred friends who register as Car or 4x4 driver partners.
