Eligibility:
1. The Lalamove Race To Raya Bonanza (“Contest”) is organised by Lalamove Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Lalamove”) and is exclusively available to new Malaysian Lalamove Driver-Partners (“Partners”), subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. To participate in the Contest, all Partners must possess an active Lalamove Driver-Partner account for 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry.
3. This contest is open to Lalamove Partners in the following regions: Klang Valley, Johor, Malacca and Penang.
4. The following categories of Partners are not eligible for this contest:
(a) Motorcycle or Car driver-partners;
(b) Partners who have previously registered before the contest period;
(c) Partners who have been banned and suspended.


Contest Duration:
1. The Contest is scheduled to take place from 12:00 am on 8th March 2024 to 11:59 pm on 8th April 2024, following Malaysian Time GMT+8 (“Contest Duration”).
2. Any orders completed after the conclusion of the Contest Duration shall not be entitled to any entries.
3. Lalamove reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, discontinue or terminate the Contest Duration at any time prior to the expiry of the Contest Period without giving any prior notice, and no monetary or non-monetary will be provided. 


Participation:
1. To participate in this contest, you must access the Lalamove Driver App.
2. To be eligible for entry to Contest, you must fulfill the following:
a) Register on the platform during the Contest Duration.
b) Fulfill the necessary deposit requirement and display Lalamove stickers on the vehicle. Stickers must be installed within 10 days of successful verification to maintain eligibility.
3. Once the requirements are met, the eligible Partners will automatically be enrolled in this contest.
4. A “Completed Order” refers to a delivery order successfully completed by the delivery Partner, where the items are delivered at their destination, without any refund or complaint lodged by Lalamove users regarding the delivery.
5. Each Completed Order completed within the Contest Duration will be counted as 5 entries. For example, if a Partner successfully completes 100 orders during the contest duration, they will accumulate 500 entries. 


Winners Selection and Announcement:
1. Throughout the Contest Period, Lalamove will periodically release information about the top-performing entries, including the Partner's name and the number of entries submitted. Partners who accumulate a higher total entry count increase their chances of being selected as winners at the conclusion of the Contest.
2. The announcement of the winners will take place on the Lalamove Drivers App landing page 30 days after the end of the Contest Duration.
3. A  total of twelve (12) winners will be chosen, and each winner is eligible to receive only one (1) prize.
4. The winner announcements may include details such as the name, identification number, photograph, the town/region with the Partners’ account, and the specifics of each prize won.
5. Prior to the official winner announcement, all winners will be contacted and notified via email. They will receive instructions on how to claim their prizes and are required to acknowledge receipt of the email within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and Lalamove reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner. (Please note that winners will be contacted before the official winner announcement date)
6. Lalamove will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
 
The Prize(s):
1. The Winners in this contest will receive RM1,000 which will be credited to the winner’s Lalamove wallet.
2. Each Partner is eligible to win (1) one prize only.
3. Prizes must be collected in person. Identification, which includes NRIC or a licence that displays a photograph of the winner will be required during the redemption process. Lalamove reserves the right to forfeit the prize of any winner who fails to furnish the necessary details as stipulated in the Contest Terms and Conditions.
4. All prizes are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-cumulative, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemable for cash or other prizes.
5. All prize(s) must be redeemed and used by Partners within its stipulated deadline. No extensions of prize validity will be entertained, and no compensation will be provided if Partners are unable to utilize the prize(s) before its expiry.
6. Winners of the prizes understand and acknowledge that Lalamove is not the manufacturer of the prize and has no control over the design, manufacture, or quality of the prizes. The prizes are provided ‘as is’ and without any warranties whether express or implied, including implied warranty of merchantability. Lalamove shall not be held liable for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or possession of the prize, including but not limited to any defect or malfunction of the prize. Winners agree to release, indemnify and hold Lalamove harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or in relation to the receipt, use or possession of the prize, regardless of whether such claims arise from the Lalamove’s negligence, breach of contract or any other cause of action.  


General Terms and Conditions:
1. By participating in this Contest, Partners acknowledge, understand and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Lalamove reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, vary and/or alter any part of the terms and conditions in relation to this Contest, including but not limited to, substituting the prizes with other prizes of equivalent value, at any time without prior notice to the Partners, and Partners agree to be bound by those changes.
3. Lalamove reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Partners’ participation in the contest without cause and without prior notice, in particular, if: –
a) The Partner is not an eligible or qualified Partner;
b) The Partners fail to meet all or any of the Terms & Conditions stipulated herein;
c) The Partners have engaged in conduct deemed inappropriate or unacceptable by Lalamove;
d) The Partners has breached any Terms & Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Contest or violates any applicable laws or regulations; and
e) For any other reasons that Lalamove deems fit at Lalamove's sole discretion 
4. Lalamove shall have the exclusive rights to use, modify, publish or display materials and information submitted by Partners.  This includes but is not limited to, the names, photographs, town or region of the Partners in any way it deems fit for marketing, advertising, publicity purposes and for any other reason whatsoever without any further notice to the Partners and the Partners shall not claim ownership or any payments or compensation for the use of such materials.
5. Lalamove’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding.  No further correspondence or attempt to dispute such a decision would be entertained.
6. Lalamove shall not be held liable for any claims made by the Partners or third-party claims or for any losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature. This includes direct, indirect, third-party, or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Contest.
7. The terms and conditions of the prize are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the voucher. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those stated in the voucher, the terms and conditions of the voucher shall prevail.
8. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other language’s version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.
9. By participating in the Contest, Partners provide their consent for Lalamove’s  to collect, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of Partners personal data to facilitate the conduct of the Contest (including notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Lalamove’s online platforms, delivery/collection of prizes) and for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Lalamove’s Privacy Notice
10. Partners acknowledge and agree that Partners shall not question or challenge the decisions of Lalamove without limitations or qualification and in case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the Contest, all decisions of Lalamove shall be considered final and conclusive.
11. This Agreement constitutes the entirety of the agreement and understanding between parties with respect to its subject matter and replaces and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or undertakings regarding such subject matter.
