Can I accept Ride orders if I’m already registered as a Lalamove Driver Partner?

Yes, but you’ll need to complete the additional registration process for Lalamove Ride. To qualify, ensure you have:

  • Own a sedan car
  • Hold a valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) license
  • Have an active annual e-hailing insurance

What is the regular commission rate by Lalamove?
Lalamove will charge a commission of 20%  + SST charge of 8% (effective 1st March 2024) with each order.
Can I pick up a passenger from anywhere to fulfil a Ride order?
You can only pick up and drive passengers within selected areas in Klang Valley only.
Terms and Conditions

1. The 5% commission for Ride orders is valid from 4th December 2024 to 7th February 2025. This excludes the SST charge of 8%, effective 1st March 2024.

2. The price breakdown listed under the price section will be available in the Lalamove Driver App. 

3. Lalamove Ride orders are accessible to those who have registered as a Ride driver partner with Sedan Cars only.

4. Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

5. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to the final decision.
