  1. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing any Lalamove platform and using related services, users confirm that they have understood and agreed to accept these terms and the privacy policy.

  2. Registration will begin on April 25, 2024, at 00:00.

  3. Members who successfully register and complete targeted orders from April 25, 2024, at 00:00, to May 5, 2024, at 23:59, can earn additional Lalapoints.

  4. The order missions to earn Lalapoints are as follows:

  • Complete 2 orders to earn 1,000 Lalapoints.

  • Complete 3-4 orders to earn 3,500 Lalapoints.

  • Complete 5-7 orders to earn 7,000 Lalapoints in total.

  • Complete 8 orders or more to earn 11,000 Lalapoints in total.

  1. Lalapoints will be credited to members' accounts automatically within 1-2 days after completing the order.

  2. Lalapoints are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

  3. This promotion applies to all vehicle types.

  4. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour will result in disqualification from the event. Lalamove reserves the right to deduct Lalapoints obtained from the event from the member's account without further notice.

  5. Lalamove reserves the right to modify the user guidelines, terms, privacy policy, and the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.

  6. Participants agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above by participating in this promotion. If the promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure or any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
