1. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing any Lalamove platform and using related services, users confirm that they have understood and agreed to accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. The promotion is valid from 10th June 2025 to 16th June 2025.

3. Users who successfully register as a Lalamove Rewards member during the campaign period will earn 500 LalaPoints and an RM10 Lalamove delivery coupon.

4. Users who successfully place a delivery order as a first-time Lalamove Rewards member will earn another 500 LalaPoints.

5. The extra 1,500 LalaPoints will be credited to the member's account within 7-14 working days after the promotion ends.

6. This promotion does not apply to Lalamove Business Account users.

7. LalaPoints are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

8. This promotion applies to all vehicle types.

9. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour will result in disqualification from the event. Lalamove reserves the right to deduct LalaPoints obtained from the event from the member's account without further notice.

10. Lalamove reserves the right to modify the user guidelines, terms, privacy policy, and the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.

11. Participants agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above by participating in this promotion. If the promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure or any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
