  1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupon and grand prizes, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and LALAMOVE "#ThanksMom Order Target Campaign" Terms and Conditions.
  2. The registration will begin on 16th May 2025, 00:00. Members who register successfully and finish targeted orders from 16th May 2025, 00:00, to 22nd May 2025, 23:59 can earn additional Lalapoints.
  3. To join the Lalamove Order Target Campaign, users must click the “Register” button on the Rewards page in the Lalamove app.
  4. The missions are as follows:
  • Complete 2 orders to earn 1,000 Lalapoints. 
  • Complete 3-4 orders to earn 3,500 Lalapoints. 
  • Complete 5-7 orders to earn 7,000 Lalapoints in total. 
  • Complete 8 orders or above to earn 11,000 Lalapoints.
  1. Lalapoints will be credited to members' accounts within 1-2 days automatically after completing the order.
  2. Lalapoints are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
  3. Lalamove will select the top 10 Lalamove Rewards members with the most orders after 22nd May 2025.
  4. Winners will be contacted via email or WhatsApp using the registered Lalamove account.
  5. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days from the date Lalamove contacts the winner via email or WhatsApp. If the winner fails to claim their prize within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited.
  6. The winners shall receive the prizes within 14 working days after being contacted by Lalamove.
  7. This promotion applies to all vehicle types.
  8. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour will result in disqualification from the event. Lalamove reserves the right to deduct Lalapoints obtained from the event from the member's account without further notice.
  9. Lalamove reserves the right to modify the user guidelines and terms, privacy policy, and the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
  10. Participants agree to the terms mentioned above and conditions by participating in this promotion. If the promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure or any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
