  1.  Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing any Lalamove platform and using related services, users confirm that they have understood and agreed to accept these terms and the privacy policy.
  2. The promotion is valid from 2nd May 2025 to 8th May  2025.
  3. The welcome coupon can be redeemed until 31st May 2025.
  4. The welcome coupon is valid for 14 days from the day the coupon added to "My Wallet", and ends at 23:59 after 14 days upon receiving the coupon. The coupon will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended.
  5. Users who successfully register as a Lalamove Rewards member during the campaign period will earn RM3 delivery coupon and 1,000 LalaPoints.
  6. Users who successfully placed a delivery order as a first-time Lalamove Rewards member will earn another 500 LalaPoints.
  7. This promotion does not apply to Lalamove Business Account users.
  8. LalaPoints are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
  9. This promotion applies to all vehicle types.
  10. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour will result in disqualification from the event. Lalamove reserves the right to deduct LalaPoints obtained from the event from the member's account without further notice.
