  1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupon and grand prizes, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and LALAMOVE “Love in a Box” Terms and Conditions.
  2. Users must click on the promo banner in the Lalamove app to join LALAMOVE “Love in a Box”. Users must fulfil any of the following missions from 00:00, 6th May 2025 to 23:59, 31st May 2025 (campaign period) to earn an unboxing ticket and access the content of the mystery box.
  • Place 10 Motorcycle orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)
  • Place 7 Local Car orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)
  • Place 2 Local 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)
  • Place 5 Local Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)
  • Place 1 Long Haul orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)
  1. Lalamove will contact the winners via email/WhatsApp number that was registered to the winners' Lalamove account after the campaign ends (31st May 2025) for the arrangement of the prize handover.
  2. The winners may expect to receive their prizes within 14 working days after Lalamove has contacted them.
  3. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days from the date Lalamove contacts the winner via email or WhatsApp. If the winner fails to claim their prize within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited.
  4. If the user wins the Lalamove coupon, the user must click the “Redeem Now” button within the campaign period to save the coupon code in the Lalamove wallet. The coupon code will be stored in "My Rewards" after 10-15 minutes of redemption.
  5. Normal redemption lead time is around 10-15 minutes. However, the actual lead time will depend on users’ network service and system refreshing time.
  6. For fourth to seventh place prizes, the value of the prizes are as follows:
  • 4th Prize: 2x20% off Car deliveries, capped at RM5 and 3x20% off 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM20 (Valid for 14 days)
  • 5th Prize: 1x15% off Car delivery, capped at RM3 and 3x20% off 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM16 (Valid for 14 days)
  • 6th Prize: 750 LalaPoints and 3x18% off 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM14 (Valid for 14 days)
  • 7th Prize: 250 LalaPoints and 2x15% off 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM10 (Valid for 14 days)
  1. For the 6th and 7th place LalaPoints prizes, the LalaPoints will be manually credited to the winners’ Lalamove Rewards account within 7–14 working days after the campaign ends on 31st May 2025.
  2. This promotion is only applicable to Lalamove non-business account users.
  3. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  4. The maximum draw per user is capped at 41 draws.
  5. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the user’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove reserves the right to withdraw the grand prizes and cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice.
  6. Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Lalamove 2025 “Love in a Box” Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  7. Lalamove reserves the right to a final decision in case of any disputes.
