Loyalty

  1. This campaign offers RM3 worth of donations to My Pets Haven with the redemption of 750 LalaPoints.
  2. Once the redemption is confirmed, the corresponding RM3 donation will be made to My Pets Haven on behalf of the user.
  3. Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  4. Lalamove reserves the right to the final decision in case of any disputes.

Delivery Promotion

  1. The 30% off delivery promotion is valid for redemption from 1st September 2023 to 31st October 2023. 
  2. The coupon code offers:
    - 1x30% off Car delivery, capped at RM8
    - 1x30% off 4x4 Pickup delivery, capped at RM10
    - 1x30% off Van delivery, capped at RM20
    - 1x30% off Lorry delivery, capped at RM30
  3. The coupon cannot be used once it has expired.
  4. The coupon code can only be redeemed once.
  5. Only Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries are offered with the coupon.
  6. This promotion is offered to the first 10,000 redemptions.
  7. Upon redemption, the coupons will be added to the wallet.
  8. The coupons are non-refundable and/or non-transferable.
