It's Giving Grand Prize: Promo Mechanics

  1.  The promo period is from November 25 to December 20, 2024.

  2.  All users with a personal Lalamove account and app are eligible to join the promo.

  3.  Non-Lalamove Rewards users can participate in the promo by first enrolling in the Rewards membership program.

  4.  Promo participants will have to complete the following missions to be able to get a chance to win an item.

  6.  Participants must complete at least (1) one mission to earn a draw ticket. Completing multiple missions will increase their chances of winning.

  7.  Winners and prizes will be determined via in-app system generation once the user completed at least one mission after entering the activity page and use their draw ticket.

  8.  Once the mission is completed, the participant will receive a draw to identify which item they will be winning.

  9.  If a participant won more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value (excluding LalaPoints prizes).

  10.  LalaPoints prizes will be credited to the winner's rewards account within 7 working days.

  11. The prize/s cannot be exchanged, transferable, or convertible to cash.

  12.  To claim the prize, Lalamove will reach out to the winners once the promo ends. Winners in Metro Manila can pick up their prizes at the Lalamove office located at Lalamove Office 4th Floor, Tower 2, Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Parañaque, while winners outside Metro Manila will have their prizes delivered.

  13.  The winners will be announced on January 13, 2025 via Lalamove's Facebook page.

  14.  The prize must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the registered notice, or they will be forfeited in favor of Lalamove Philippines Inc., with prior approval from DTI. Failure to respond or acknowledge receipt of the item will result in forfeiture.

  15.  All employees of Lalamove Philippines Inc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity/affinity are disqualified from joining the promo. This also includes Advertising agencies and Merchant vendors of Lalamove Philippines.

  2.  Open the Lalamove app then click the in-app ads related to It’s Giving Grand Prize campaign.

  3.  Follow the missions in the app or in the mechanics stated above.

  4.  Once the mission is completed, the user will receive a draw to identify which item they will be winning.

    All users who have a Lalamove App and must be a Registered LALAMOVE Rewards Member. (Note: Officially registered Lalamove employee registered accounts are disqualified from joining this promo).

    Promo runs from November 25  (12:00 AM) until December 20, 2024 (11:59 PM).

    A Lalamove representative will reach out to you after the promo period to request your contact information for delivering your prize.

  • WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MESSAGE FROM A REPRESENTATIVE FOR MY PRIZE AFTER THE PROMO DURATION?

  1. All users must ensure the following to enjoy a smooth customer experience of this promo

    - iPhone Users: Software is iOS 11.0 and above

    - Android Users: Software is 6.0 and above

    - Lalamove App is 105.00 version and above

  2. All Non-Corporate users (existing and new) who are logged in to the Lalamove app are eligible for the promo.

  3. All employees of Lalamove Philippines Inc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity/affinity are disqualified from joining the promo. This also includes Advertising agencies and Merchant vendors of Lalamove Philippines.

  4. The prize will be determined via in-app system generation once the user completed the missions inside the app.

  5. The prizes cannot be exchanged, transferable, or convertible to cash.

  6. To claim the prize, Lalamove will contact the winners after the promo duration and will have the prize delivered.

  7. The prize must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the registered notice, or they will be forfeited in favor of Lalamove Philippines Inc., with prior approval from DTI. Failure to respond or acknowledge receipt of the prize will result in forfeiture.
