Beware of rising email phishing scams 

The Lalamove team has recently received reports of phishing emails sent to our customers in Singapore.

These emails could be sent from senders or email addresses which may appear to be from Lalamove, including links to unfamiliar websites and requests for online banking credentials including your account login details and personal information.

These are phishing attempts and are not sent out by Lalamove. Please note that we will never provide any external links for payment purposes; nor ask our users to reveal sensitive personal information or passwords. 

If you receive such emails, we urge them not to click on any links, or provide any personal or banking details.
