How do I tell the driver what to buy for me?

Before confirming order, please input the following details in the option to 'Add notes to driver':

- Details on what you need bought

- Approximate price

Purchases must be pre-paid in advance to drivers using PayNow, PayLah! or bank transfer.

What is the maximum value, size & weight of goods?

The cost of item(s) will be capped at the following rates depending on vehicle type:

Motorcycle Purchase Service Order

Max value of goods: S$75

Weight limit: 8kg

Size limit: 40 x 25 x 25 cm

Car Purchase Service Order

Max value of goods: S$150

Weight limit: 20kg

Size limit: 70 x 50 x 50 cm

How long will Purchase Service take?

Purchase Service orders will be completed within 2 hours from order placement.

What is the difference between Eateries & Non-eateries?

Eateries

For purchasing of food from eateries like restaurants, hawker or coffee shops.

Non-eateries

For purchasing of items from non-eateries like supermarkets, departmental stores or provision shops.
