與運輸服務有關的任何責任均由司機夥伴承擔。 -
用戶責任:用戶需確保落單資訊(如取貨地點、送貨地點、
貨物描述等)準確無誤。 如因用戶提供錯誤資訊而導致服務延誤或額外費用, 相關責任由用戶自行承擔。
Lalamove (the “Platform”) connects users who access or place cash orders (“Users”) through the Dedicated WhatsApp Order Hotline powered by WhatsApp (the “Service”) to logistics and/or delivery services provided by independent third-party delivery partners (“Delivery Partner”) The Platform acts solely as a provider of order matching Services and does not participate in the performance of transportation or delivery processes.
2. Service Hours
The operation hours for the Service are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (“Service Hours”). Messages sent outside of Service Hours will not be processed.
The Service only accepts text message orders; calls and/or voice messages will not be processed. All requests not related to order placement (including but not limited to inquiries related to service details, and order fees) will not be handled through this Service hotline. Users are required to call (852) 37013701 for any such inquiries.
The Service only accepts cash payment for orders. Other payment methods (such as credit cards, electronic payments, etc.) will not be processed. Users must specify that the order shall be settled by cash in the order request; otherwise, the order will be considered invalid.
Users acknowledge and agree that the use of the Service may involve the following risks which they shall be solely responsible for:
- Platform Liability: The platform is not liable for any conduct, misconduct and/or negligence of driver partners; any loss or damages arising out of the logistics and/or delivery services shall be borne by the Delivery Partners.
- User Responsibility: Users must ensure that order information (such as pickup location, delivery location, item description, etc.) is accurate. Any service delays, loss suffered, or additional costs accrued as a result of incorrect information provided by the Users shall be borne by the Users.
6. Applicable Terms and Modifications
Users shall be bound by the terms and conditions governing the use and access of this Service (these “Terms”) and the LALAMOVE User Terms Conditions. In case of any conflict between the LALAMOVE User Terms and Conditions and these Terms, the relevant clauses within these Terms shall prevail. The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms and the LALAMOVE User Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this service is deemed acceptance of the latest version of the Terms.
