各位師兄/姐留意🚨近日新手法代支騙案頻頻發生!其中一個騙徒慣用手法係落單後使用本地或非本地的電話號碼聯絡要求司機,要求先到店鋪代購,或者要求代買電子平台點數卡或增值卡,最後司機向騙徒告知增值密碼後就失去聯絡,此時司機/速遞員收唔到代支款項先知道被騙!

【重要防騙提醒】
嚴禁進行任何形式之代買或代支服務
各位司機夥伴請留意:
為保障閣下的個人權益及帳戶安全,Lalamove 再次重申:本平台嚴禁司機提供任何代支、代買或資金墊付服務。
1. 服務範圍限制:任何官方系統外的私下協議(包括私人金錢往來、代購請求或代付貨款),均不屬於平台服務範圍。
2. 司機權利:司機夥伴有權拒絕此類不合規要求,並應立即透過 App 回報或聯絡客服取消訂單。
3. 風險自負:若因私下進行資金往來而產生任何詐騙風險、財物損失或交易爭議,平台將無法介入處理,相關損失需由司機自行承擔。
請各位夥伴務必提高警覺,切勿因小失大!
如致電客人發現對話形跡可疑,可以多加追問
如有合理懷疑,請拒絕訂單及立刻使用APP內「即時對話」聯絡Lalamove 專員!懷疑受騙更應該向警方報案求助
香港警務處反詐騙協調中心「防騙易18222」熱線,提供24小時反詐騙諮詢服務。如需協助應對懷疑騙案,可致電18222與反詐騙協調中心人員聯絡。
倘若你思疑已成為騙案的受害者,請前往就近的警署報案。如遇到緊急事故,請立即致電(999)報警求助。

⚠️ REMINDER: Purchasing or Upfront Payment Services are Strictly Prohibited
To All Driver Partners,
To protect your earnings and account security, here is an reminder from Lalamove: Drivers are strictly prohibited from performing any purchasing, "buying items first," or payment advancement services.
Protect yourself by following these rules:
Stay Within the App: Any private agreements made outside the official driver app—including "buying items first," paying for goods at pickup, or private cash transfers—are NOT covered by Lalamove.
Drivers' Right to Refuse: If a customer asks you to pay for goods or advance any money, do not proceed. Contact Customer Service through the App immediately to cancel the order.
Take Your Own Risk: Lalamove cannot intervene in disputes or recover lost funds resulting from private financial transactions. Drivers must personally bear all associated losses.
Don’t risk your hard-earned money for a "favor." Stay alert and stay safe.
If you call the customer and find that the conversation is suspicious, you can contact us for inquires.
If you have reasonable doubts, please reject the order and immediately use the "Instant Chat" in the APP to contact the Lalamove specialist!
If you suspect that you have been cheated, you should report to the police for help.
The "Anti-Scam Helpline 18222" hotline, provides anti-deception consultation services by the Anti-Deception Coordination Centre (ADCC) of the Hong Kong Police Force around the clock. Please dial 18222 to contact the ADCC officers for assistance in response to suspicious deception cases. The hotline only provides consultation services. If you suspect that you have fallen prey to a scam, please report the case at the nearest police station. For emergency, dial 999.
