  2. The minimum period of stay is 1 month.
  3. The promotional discounts apply to rental payments (or, where applicable, license fees) only and do not apply to deposit or any supplementary or add-on services.
  4. The promotional discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred.
  5. All information contained in the promotional materials or coupons is for reference only and shall not constitute or be construed as Kornhill Apartments or its representatives giving any offer, representation or warranty whether expressly or impliedly. Whilst care has been taken in the preparation of the promotion materials, neither Kornhill Apartments nor its representatives shall be held responsible for any inaccuracies and omissions contained herein. Interested persons are advised to make their own enquiries and conduct due diligence and satisfy themselves in all respects.
  6. Kornhill Apartments reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotional offers or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Kornhill Apartments shall not be liable for any loss arising from or in connection with such suspension, withdrawal or amendment.
  7. In the event of any dispute regarding this promotion or these Terms and Conditions, Kornhill Apartments’ decision shall be final and conclusive.
  8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises.
  9. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  1. 請仔細閱讀本條款及細則，進入任何Lalamove平台、使用有關服務及／或優惠碼，即表示用戶確認並已理解並同意受本條款、及私隱條例。
  2. 請留意個別優惠碼所設有之優惠推廣期。
  3. 部分優惠券只適用於個別Lalamove用戶，包括並不限於：個人帳號之新用戶（從未透過任何Lalamove平台落單之個人帳號）、個人帳號之現有用戶、企業帳號之新用戶或/及企業帳號之現有用戶。
  4. 優惠券只適用於即時派送服務。用戶必須於落單前輸入優惠碼方可享該等優惠。
  5. 電子優惠券均設有兌換次數限制，例如每位用戶只可兌換一次。
  6. 優惠碼均設有兌換有效期，逾期作廢。
  7. 優惠券均設有使用期限，於發券當日起計，逾期作廢，並將不獲補發或延長有效期。
  8. 用戶落單時必須選用所兌換之優惠券，訂單方可獲得優惠券即時減免相應金額之優惠。
  9. 請留意優惠券所適用車型，例如步兵、電單車、速遞專員服務、Van仔、5.5噸或/及9噸車。
  10. 用戶每次落單最多只可使用一張優惠券。
  11. 優惠券不可兌換現金、不接受退款亦不可轉讓。
  12. Lalamove 保留隨時修改及终止任何優惠、修改用戶使用條款及守則及此條款及細則的權利而無須另行通知。
  13. 任何詐騙和濫用行為將會導致用戶參與推廣的資格被剝奪。Lalamove將保留取消用户帳號中的優惠券而無須另行通知之權利。
  14. 如有任何爭議，24 STORAGE / Lalamove 保留一切最終決定權
