By accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupon and grand prizes, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and LALAMOVE “Jingle, Spin & Win” Terms and Conditions.

Users must click on the promo banner in the Lalamove app to join LALAMOVE “Jingle, Spin & Win”. Users must fulfil any of the following missions from 00:00, 27th November 2025, to 23:59, 21st December 2025 (campaign period) to earn an unboxing ticket and access the content of the wheel.

1. Place 1 order to earn 1 unboxing ticket (first-time users only)

2. Place 1 order to earn 1 unboxing ticket

3. Place 3 orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket

4. Place 5 orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket

5. Place 8 orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket

6. Place 10 orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket

Lalamove will contact the main prize winners via email or WhatsApp number registered to their Lalamove account after the campaign ends on 21st December 2025 to arrange prize collection. Lalamove will not be responsible for failure to contact due to outdated or inaccurate contact details provided by the user.

Main prize winners can expect to receive their prizes within 14 working days after being contacted by Lalamove. Delivery timeline may vary due to unforeseen factors.

Each user is eligible to win only one main prize. Open to Singapore residents aged 18 and above. Employees of Lalamove and their immediate family members are not eligible.

If a user wins a Lalamove coupon, they must click the “Redeem Now” button during the campaign period to save the coupon to their Lalamove Wallet. The coupon will appear under “My Rewards” within 10–15 minutes after redemption.

Normal redemption lead time is around 10-15 minutes. However, the actual lead time will depend on users’ network service and system refreshing time. Coupon must be used before the validity period expires. No extensions.

For fourth to seventh place prizes, the value of the prizes is as follows:

4th Prize: 4x$3 off all deliveries (Valid for 14 days)

5th Prize: 1x15% off Car, MPV, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at $4 (Valid for 7 days)

6th Prize: 1x10% off Car, MPV, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at $4 (Valid for 7 days)

7th Prize: 1x5% off all deliveries, capped at $2 (Valid for 7 days)

9. This promotion is only applicable to Lalamove non-business account users.

10. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the user’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove reserves the right to withdraw the grand prizes and cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice.

Lalamove is not responsible for technical issues, failed transactions, or network errors that affect participation.

Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and LALAMOVE “Jingle, Spin & Win”  Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Lalamove reserves the right to a final decision in case of any disputes.
