Lalamove Special Offers Program Terms and Conditions

1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming the LALAFORU coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and the LALAFORU Coupon Code Terms and Conditions;
2. The promotion period is valid from 00:00 of 1 December 2021 until 23:59 of 7 December 2021, applicable to selected customers according to Lalamove system only;

3. By 23:59 of 7 December, selected customers must redeem a HK$5 coupon with promo code LALAFORU to participate in the program;
4. Each selected customer can only redeem the LALAFORU coupon once;
5. After redeeming the LALAFORU coupon, customers who complete a certain number of orders before 23:59 of 7 December (hereinafter "campaign end date") can receive the following coupon as reward:

Complete 5 x Van and/or truck orders to receive 1 x $30 coupon
Complete 8 or more Van and/or truck orders to receive 1 x $50 reward coupon

6. Each eligible selected customer can receive not more than one HK$30 reward coupon or HK$50 reward coupon;
7. HK$30 and HK$50 reward coupon (hereinafter "reward coupon") will be automatically dispatched to the app wallet of eligible customers after 7 working days of campaign end date;
8. Reward coupons will expire at 23:59 on the 7th day from the day of coupon issuance and will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended;
9. The reward coupon is applicable to van, 5.5 ton and 9 ton trucks orders only;

12. Reward coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable;
13. Lalamove reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers at any time and amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice;
14. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;
15. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail;

16. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision;
17. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements;
18. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
