1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and "Chasing August 15th FUN Mission" Terms and Conditions;

Users must click on the designated page of "Chasing August 15th FUN Mission" and complete the selected missions in the designated campaign week from 17 Aug, 2023 00:00 to 8 Sep, 2023 23:59 (campaign period) and click the “Claim Prize” button within the campaign week to be granted the coupon(s). The coupon(s) will be ready for redemption 10-15 minutes after the final order is completed;

Missions and prizes include:

(1) All users who enter the event page "Chasing August 15th FUN Mission" and click "Check in" will get a HK$5 coupon. Users can participate in the mission 1 time during the campaign

(2) New users who "complete first order" will get will get HK$ 15 coupon x 2. Users can participate in the mission 1 time during the campaign.

(3) Designated users who "complete 2 order" will get a 15% off coupon, the maximum cap is $15 .

(4) Designated users who "complete 3 order" will get HK$ 10 coupon x 2 .

(5) Designated users who "complete 5 order" will get HK$ 15 coupon x 1 .

4. Normal redemption lead-time is around 10-15 minutes, However, the actual lead time will depend on users’ network service and system refreshing time;

5. Orders must be completed during the designated weeks in the campaign period to be granted the coupon(s): Campaign period: 17 Aug- 8 Sep 2023

6. The coupon will be valid for 14 days. The coupon(s) will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended;

7. Some coupons are only applicable to van, 5.5 ton and 9 ton trucks;

8. Customers must choose one of the HK$5, HK$10, HK$12, HK$15, 15% off or 20% off coupon(s) in the designated package when placing the order, to enjoy the instant discount.

9. Customers can only use one coupon per order;

10. Coupon(s) are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable;

11. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupon(s) awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;

12.Lalamove reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers at any time and amend the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and "Chasing August 15th FUN Mission" Terms and Conditions without prior notice;

13. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail;

14. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision;

15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements;

16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
