What is a Long Haul order?

A Long-Haul order refers to deliveries above 50km.

The pickup location must be within Lalamove's coverage areas, while the drop-off location can be anywhere within Peninsular Malaysia or from Kuching to selected areas in Sarawak. 

What is the regular commission rate by Lalamove?

Lalamove will charge a commission of 20%  + SST charge of 8% (effective 1st March 2024) with each order.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Long Haul commission rate for deliveries up to 50km is effective from 10 August 2026. This rate excludes the 8% SST charge, effective 1 March 2024.

2. Complete price breakdowns are available in the Lalamove Driver App under the Price section.

3. The Long-Haul commission rate applies only to the following eligible vehicle types:

  • 4x4 Pickup

  • 7-ft Van

  • 9-ft Large Van

  • 10-ft Small Lorry & Small Open Lorry

  • 14-ft Medium Lorry & Medium Open Lorry

  • 17-ft Large Lorry & Large Open Lorry

  • 20-ft Large Lorry

4. Lalamove reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

5. In the event of any dispute, Lalamove reserves the right to make the final decision.
