What is the regular commission rate by Lalamove?
Lalamove will charge a commission of 20%  + SST charge of 8% (effective 1st March 2024) with each order.
Can I pick up an order from anywhere to fulfil a Long Haul delivery order?
The pick up locations for Long Haul deliveries have to be in Lalamove's coverage areas. The drop off location can be anywhere within Peninsular Malaysia.
Terms and Conditions

1. The 10% commission for deliveries up to 40km is valid from 16th January 2023. This excludes the SST charge of 8%, effective 1st March 2024.

2. The price breakdown listed under the price section will be available in the Lalamove Driver App. 

3. The 10% commission for Long haul delivery is accessible to these vehicle types:

  • 4 x 4 Pickup

  • Van 7-ft

  • Large Van 9-ft

  • Small Lorry 10-ft 

  • Small Open Lorry 10-ft

  • Medium Lorry 14-ft

  • Medium Open Lorry 14-ft 

  • Large Lorry 17-ft 

  • Large Open Lorry 17-ft

  • Large Lorry 20-ft

4. Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

5. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to the final decision.
